No response after 6 weeks of pleading
After 10 years of diligently paying for a boiler service expecting there to be some back up if it ever went wrong.
Ive have been requesting a call back since 31st December.
I've sent 4 WhatsApp messages to Paul.
Ive sent 3 emails and phoned on 3 occasions, where I was assured that Paul would call me.
This after 10 years of our loyalty.
It would'nt be so bad if there was a reason given. Just silence.
Dave from Plumbcare above and beyond
Dave from Plumbcare Yorkshire was sent through my insurers to deal with a burst pipe in the loft. I was totally traumatised after discovering a waterfall coming through the house from the loft, destroying everything in its wake. Dave was professional friendly and more important knew exactly what to do. He capped off the cold water pipe leading to the loft, which several other plumbers have missed! Hopefully this will now never happen again. I am so grateful and thankful for this charming and professional help when feeling so frightened helpless and upset.

Our insurance instructed Plumbcare to…
Our insurance instructed Plumbcare to attend to service our boiler. We pay a monthly fee to boiler service.
Chap came out serviced the boiler. Stated it was like bran new. Next day stopped working. We reported the issue. (Hot heating) about a week later 2 chapa came out. Stated it was the pump where the water tank is that's needs replacing. We have 1 put no authorisation to fix it. They left.
Another phone call and another full day of waiting in. They Stated they would order the pump for the next chap to fix. New chap turns up. Doesn't know anything about this Has no replacement pump. Checks boiler ect States pump needs replacing. This is about 2 weeks into having no heating. Temperature has dropped and it began to show. Having 2 young children in the house this was becoming a joke.
He Stated he hasn't got authorisation to replace but promised he would return the next day. We got back on phone. He lied and States he never said this and then quit the company.
3rd guy came. Said the pump is fine. There is actually a break in boiler seal and a cracked in flue pipe. Dondemed the boiler turned it off. States will order new parts. Informed this is going to take a week. He said this should have been picked up on the initial boiler service and its not been cleaned the boiler.
So we are nearly 5 weeks in. They did leave 2 heaters as it was freezing. I was shocked about everything. I have no words.
I ended up getting an independent person out. Agreed the seal was broken but flue pipe was fine. Boiler not been cleaned withing years. Fixed boiler working within about an hour.
What a complete shambles to leave a family dkr nearly 5 weeks with no central heating in winter. Numerous different people attending all saying different things. A boiler service that is not done properly for someone to come and then condemn the boiler because jts not safe. I have no words.
Michael B was absolutely brilliant
Michael B was absolutely brilliant. We lost water to our house on Saturday evening and Michael was in attendance bright and early on Sunday morning - at 9am. Very pleasant manner and calmly set about investigating the issue, which was then promptly fixed. Saved a lot of stress and worry. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
No phone call
I know they say that they call approx 30 mins before the engineer is due to arrive so you "can go out", where and what can you do that allows you to be back in 30 mins?? Anyway, I waited all day for my call and the engineer knocked on the door at 17:45 - no prior phone call so what would have happened if I HAD gone out?
After 1hour 45 mins, he had replaced the pipes and tap to the bathroom sink, but sealed it with clear sealant has he didn't have any white, but apparently it's fine as we can simply "remove this and replace it with white sealant later" I've never known a plumber not carry white sealant??
Superb Service from Mike
Mike was superb. He fixed a very tricky toilet flushing problem (everything enclosed) and refitted everything to a point whereby you would not have known any work had been done. All worked perfectly afterwards. Add to that his pleasant and friendly manner and Plumbcare have a very satisfied customer. Geoff Wilson

Poor service Part 2 waited in all day after having…
They condemned my boiler on Saturday saying it was leaking Carbon Monoxide, rang me on Monday to say they had the parts to fix it. Part 2 waited in all day after having to take the FULL day off work. At 2:30pm I thought I’d I would ring check someone was coming to be told the parts are out of stock!!! This company is an absolute joke. They didn’t even have the courtesy to ring me. Absolutely appalling service.

Very pleased with the service from Plumbcare Yorkshire Ltd. They were very prompt in contacting me as rang whilst I was still on phone to my insurance company reporting the leak.
Michael rang to let us know the time he would arrive. He was very polite and explained what the problem was and what he would do to fix it. What to me was a big issue was all in a days work to Michael and he put my mind at rest.
Thank you.

Terrible service cowboys.
Terrible service cowboys . Unprofessional attitude to work and came late wont be using again and wont reccomend to anyone
Excellent!
Can’t fault this company whatsoever, we’ve recently experienced having 2 plumbers from this company. Jordan Jackson and Matthew, both young men knew what they were doing, working hard with what turned out to be a very difficult job. Can’t fault their work ethic, explaining everything to my husband. They are both a credit to Plumcare.
Excellent service
Excellent service! Jordan was polite, efficient, and extremely knowledgable. The job was not straightforward but he completed it with patience and a smile on his face, as well as explaining everything he was doing so I knew what was happening and why. Feel like I understand my central heating much better now. He worked until he managed to fix it and I couldn't be more grateful!
DANGEROUS COMPANY
DANGEROUS COMPANY, BOILER ENGINEER WAS A COWBOY WHO CAUSED CATASTROPHE!!!
PLEAE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Left with no heating.hot water and leak downstairs, should be ashamed of themselves and featured on Watchdog for sending Engineers that have no training or ETHICS
Excellent work
Michael was very polite and sorted the problem out straight away. Very happywith his work 🌟
Excellent Plumber and Service
Excellent service - Jordan was polite, efficient, and extremely knowledgable. He attend a job, where we had a radiator pipe leaking under the floor, which although was close to access panel under the floor, was in a ridiculous tight and awkward spot. No complaining and with a smile on his face, he endured an hour of struggling and he managed to fix it.
Really good people person, and really relatable, it was almost like he was a neighbour. I have been a manager in customer service areas and Jordan’s work ethic and service ticks all the right boxes of great customer care- Definitely an huge asset to plumbcare
