Absolutely brilliant service. Pam carried out soil pipe work for us and did a a perfect job from start to finish. Turned up on time, talked us through what needed doing, the pipe was cut down exactly as needed and the area was spotless when he finished. He explained everything in a way we understood and gave honest helpful advice. Five stars without hesitation. I'll be booking him again for a radiator install.

Excellent service from start to finish! A broken boiler just as the weather takes a turn for the worst was the last thing needed but Pam was excellent and got it back up and running in as short a part as possible. Listed all the options available in an attempt to help keep the cost down. Will be going through Plumb on for all future services and repairs.

Very knowledge, professional and tidy. Engaged in discussions on options and considers the longer term aspects while addressing the short term requirement. Worked on bath, taps, kitchen sink, etc, and provide advice and guidance, while being flexible around additional elements. Most importantly leaves you feeling confident that your issues have been fully addressed.

Called out for leaking dishwasher ... very quick response. Professional and friendly. Sorted out leak and explained where leak originated and also options to fix pipework etc

Pam was awesome. He came out at very short notice to solve the problem of a leaking built-in toilet cistern. The problem occurred because previous “tradesmen” had installed a very flimsy unit. It was so flimsy, the installation brackets snapped. Pam identified the problem and removed the unit, replaced it with a far sturdier one and also had to remedy poor joinery work.
Despite the difficulty in reaching the unit from within the wall Pam carried out a very professional job . I would highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs that require a tradesman with a “can do” attitude.
