Shockingly bad experience, go elsewhere!

We entered a contract with PlugXR to provide indoor navigation to a client. We agreed to a POC in order to demonstrate the capabilities of their platform. PlugXR gave us little to no guidance on what materials were needed, leading to costs incurred on our side (around $1000) in addition to time wasted. The CEO literally sent a message saying "let's not waste more time on this project." This was after they signed a contract with us and agreed to terms!

I can't recommend enough that you do not trust this company or its services.

Excellent value: I could create AR easily and quickly

I tested the free version for a week, after which I bought a premium plan. Me and my team could use it to finish many AR projects within deadlines. 
 
 The only limitation was the learning curve. However, their support looked proactive. I could receive help wherever I found trouble. 

I have used the platform for more than a year, and it's becoming better day by day, so I would recommend it.
