The installer was very helpful in taking me through how to use the charger and making sure I was comfortable with it before he left.

They contacted us to arrange a suitable time for the installation, and were flexible about our availability.
The installation itself was done was done quickly and they left everything clean afterwards.

I had initially asked for a tethered (hard wired) version but when we looked at it with the installation engineer, it became apparent that the tethered version would be an issues to we changed to untethered (removable plug) and they were fine with last minute change

This was not a straight forward install, the guys came back several times to accommodate the special requests and requirements and really went above and beyond with their customer service.
First class, would highly recommend, very professional.

Having had five other companies providing estimates as high as £1500 for supply and installation it was amazing to find a company who were prepared to fit a charger that had been supplied direct at a fantastic price. No hassle on the day of installation. James was rhe most efficient and well mannered tradesman I have met in the last 20 years . Everything was tested fully and the site was left immaculate. The Sync EV charger is brilliant despite two other companies expressing very negative views James confirmed I had made the right choice to have an on the drive charging system, hard wired to the Internet .

a fresh faced young chap turned up bright and early on the day we booked. Spent a couple of hours installing the charger and showed me around. He did a great job, all clean and tidy and all holes were drilled flush no damage anywhere. Would i recommend them again? I certainly would as my experience was more then worthy of the 5 stars.

I had my EV charger installed by Plug IT IN. Professionals service . The young team of engineers led by James arrived on time and fitted the EV charger where I wanted it no fuss. Very happy with my charger. I would highly recommend these guys to fit your EV charger. Thank you guys.

Sales office were responsive and kept me up to date with dates and plans. Really pleasant install crew who were really contentious with their work and didn't leave till I had a good understanding of the equipment

Great service from Plug it in group, communication was excellent and the engineer has carried out a professional installation (and I see a lot of installations working within the test, inspect and certify industry).

Despite initial radio silence trying to obtain a quote, Andy got in touch and talked me through the pro's / con's of different chargers. Gave me a few quotes for different units and I chose a Hypervolt based on features and Trustpilot Reviews. Installation scheduled for just over a week's time, the engineer was a nice chap, arrived bang on time and the work was done very professionally. Great job, thanks.
