Paid for Order in June 2020 and after numerous E-Mails nothing. Very bad Company, do not order from them.crooks.

I ORDERED A FOUNTAIN IN FEBRUARY 2020, SENT AN EMAIL TO REQUEST AN UPDATE ON MY PURCHASE IN APRIL & WAS TOLD I SHOULD RECIEVE IT EARY MAY OR A REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN. NEITHER HAS HAPPENED. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS SINCE BUT HAVE HAD NO REPLIES. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. THEY CHARGED ME OVER €65. REALLY ANNOYED. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY AS RE SCAMMERS

Very bad company !! I ordered for my better half to surprise her the waterfall fountain , it never came and they took my money 😡😡😡

SCAM! Placed an order in March 2020. Never received. Contacted numerous times via email, messenger, ect., said they would refund it and it would show up on my account never did. NEVER GOT MY MONEY. FILED CLAIM WITH BANK. WON MY CASE. DO NOT USE THEM.

Rubbish. Placed an order at the end of June. They confirmed order and took my money. I haven't heard a thing from them since, and they do not respond to emails. I definitely do not recommend this company!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. FURIOUS. They took my money and I have received NOTHING from them. They will not answer my emails. Shocking. Scam artist

DO NOT ORDER ITEMS FROM. PLUCKY PANDA. IT'S A SCAM.
I Made an order with them in February 2020 worth 50 pounds. Received email in March to say it had been sent. To date the order has never arrived. I have sent several messages to them with no reply received.
These companies are a disgrace they take money from people who order in good faith and so many receive nothing in return.

Shocking, still haven’t had burners from April, said they’d refund or re-ship. Still waiting.... 10/20

I didn't get what I ordered. Sent them numerous emails with no response. I'll be opening a case with PayPal to see if I can get my $123 back.

This company is a complete scam. Paid for items back in April and heard nothing since, with no chance of a refund as they don’t reply to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Please report it if possible. If somebody in a position of power is able to help take this company down so others do not get scammed that would be appreciated.

I'm a little disappointed that I can't give Plucky Panda zero stars. Bought 2 items from them. Neither arrived. Contacted them and they offered me a refund or they would dispatch the items again. I opted for the later. Again neither item arrived and PP won't respond to my emails. A scam company in my opinion.

This is the worst company in history. I bought a present for mothers day back in March, not only have I not received said gift I've not even been refunded. I wouldn't recommend them. Steer clear.

Plucky panda are crooks . I bought 2 incense waterfall from them on February 3rd,2020 I never received them . After many of my email enquirers they just never responded back so I am out 167 dollars . Never will I buy from them again

I would give this company minus 10 I ordered 2 insence burners in february and still have not recieved them. They are scammers and crooks please dont order from them.

Ordered things 30/3 2020.
23/4 I asked for tracking details, 29/4 & 30/4 they replied, said it was shipped and I would get it within 4-5 days.
19/5 and several other days I wrote back for tracking info, 6/6 they replied with a refund or reship text. I chose reship. 16/6 they replied and said they would reship but I still got no tracking details.
From this point, I send 11 messages with no replies.
Then I asked PayPal for a refund and got it.

Don't buy from this company. Ordered product almost two months ago. Emailed them several times and mailed them a letter with no response. Bad bad business. Never buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! After waiting for nearly 6 weeks for delivery of my order and emailing them 3 times with no reply I opened a case with PayPal who very swiftly refunded me my money. This is a scam and their reviews are to say the least very dubious.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I had to open a case with PayPal and claim my money back. They didn’t deliver the goods I ordered and wouldn’t correspond to the numerous emails that I sent directly to them or on their contact us on their website. They are scammers and took money off us and didn’t deliver. I only got my money back through opening a case with PayPal and I am still yet to hear off the company. Don’t order off them.

Plucky panda are crap, I ordered insence mountain 4 months ago, still not received it. Are you that desperate for $50. I shall post this on Facebook to let people know what you are.
