Great communication & fast delivery. The undercoat rake was just what I needed for a very hairy retriever that hadn't been groomed in a year! Removed lots of dead hair & it was nice knowing it wouldn't ruin the coat due to its blunt edge. Thank you!

Buying from this company was a real pleasure.I have to confess to having little knowledge of dog grooming prior to our contact, but I was offered lots of relevant advice and options. I would certainly buy from them again.

I love the rake that we bought for Mollie and have been amazed at how much undercoat we have got from her each day. Her raw fed shine is better than ever.
