Ploom promotion ongoing in Serbia

Ploom promotion ongoing in Serbia, was presented with the offer that didn't reflect the bill. I contacted customer support the same day for clarification, even called, but it’s been a month and I still haven’t received a response. Already took necessary steps to consult lawyer

Changed flavour cheap ingredients

They have recently changed the ingredients of the purple option they now taste vile and barely release vapor after about 5 puffs... I have decided to quit...
First the price increase then the use of cheaper ingredients they should of left well alone

Fri 20th june - Just for further info before the ingredient change It was such a good product I have been using them for over 2 years and it did help me overcome my heavy 15 Yr plus cigarette addiction the purple option was the ONLY decent one I have tried all the other flavours and they were horrid had a very nasty herby taste to them and the smell was even worse but the purple option saved me I am devastated that the company has taken this route u will see on the packing they have added the warning of new blend I just don't understand outside of sheer greed why they just did not leave the most popular and palatable flavour alone ... I have managed to get my hands on 8 more boxes from one of their shop vendors of the old stock so thankfully I will get a chance to ween myself off on my terms ... as the new ingredient change is not an option for me it just makes me frustrated and feeling sick ... I hope this company do the right thing and change it back for future customers but I won't be going back after this ... and I assume they have done this watered down puff restriction change for other flavours

Glad I gave it a try!

After using iqos for several years I was very sceptical about Ploom,but I'm so glad I gave it a chance because it is so much better in my opinion. The taste is better, the price is better and it lasts a lot longer than terea. Ploom X advanced is a lovely looking little device. Perfect

Been great so far

Been great so far, used to use IQOS but they kept on price gouging until its almost cheaper to smoke :D I dont like the other tobacco ploom flavours but tobacco gold is perfect

New direction?

It's a pity Ploom doesn't get its act together and release a worthy competitor to IQOS. There is a huge market out there who I'm very sure would leap at the chance to dump the over-hyped but downgraded 'iluma' and move over to the less-expensive Ploom (myself included!). It's clear that a heated blade (or rod) is the ONLY effective way to replicate the smoking experience - both in terms of taste and session-time. Now IQOS itself has abandoned its own bladed heaters (and degraded user-experience in doing so), there is a massive opportunity for Ploom to step into the space left. Both with a device and sticks.

I've had the Ploom Advanced for several months and it goes mostly unused. It's like a promising product which was brought to market before it was really ready. Come on Ploom - it's all out there waiting for you... with the right solution :)

Unfortunately not for my wife.

Unfortunately not for my wife.
She has been trying to give up smoking and doing really well using vapes but every now and again resorts to the odd cigarette.
We thought these would be a good replacement for both.
But alas they just make her cough terribly, much worse than either cigarettes or vapes.
The product itself seems to work well and is well made.
It is definitely a nice idea and the tobacco sticks are just like normal cigarettes but smaller, seems a really good replacement for Normal Cigarettes

Better than heets

I tried these as have been using heets but find they have a burning smoke flavour. These have much nicer flavour and last longer than heets. Tried quite a lot of different menthol based flavours, some nice, some not so nice.

Still haven’t found anything that will properly replicate menthol cigarettes but am preferring these to heets.

Good experience thus far…

Started these last week having previously been using heets. I find that although they don’t last as long they do not leave the smell behind which is a bonus. I don’t mind the caramel smell when just heating up it reminds me of popcorn 🤷🏽‍♀️. I think something could be done about the device to make it a bit more slimline but all in all a good experience thus far.

Very pleased with my Ploom device and…

Very pleased with my Ploom device and the service and experience when ordering online. Buying is fast and seamless, and orders are dispatched promptly.

The device itself is the closest alternative to regular smoking that I have found, and I'm pleased with the overall build quality and experience of smoking with my Ploom.

I've noticed some reviewers who have had bad experience with the taste. I like regular tobacco quite strong and am not a fan of menthol, but ironically I have found that Ploom menthols enhance the experience greatly and find them very pleasant to smoke.

Abosolutely vile, made me vom

Tastes like smoking a wet cigarette but from a dirty puddle. And you get about 3 puffs a go. Scam product, not what they make it out to be. avoid at all costs.

Intend to contact Amber leaf that your claiming your 'Amber' flavour is the same as their tobacco, its not.

One of the best!!!

So I’ve been a ploom user since the very start, but have never had the chance to fully review! These are much better than the more common “heets”, they are much more cheaper, and they are the closest thing I’ve had that has squashed my cravings! Unfortunately I broke my device last week but encountered Edwards at a local shop who saw me right & sorted me a lovely blue device, along with some evo’s, for anyone who wants to give up smoking, these are honestly the best!

The next best

I encountered a representative demonstrating the ploom device next to the cigarette counter in Morrisons supermarket. I’m so glad I didn’t walk on by. As soon as I had a puff of the stick I immediately bought two devices. It’s the best thing I’ve ever used next to cigarettes and since I bought it I haven’t felt a need for any cigs. Amazing !!! I haven’t had to use my inhaler and breathing is much easier.

Seems better than the "heeted" ones.

Was using another heeted(!) tobacco product. The delivery got worse and worse, and local shops rarely had what I wanted in stock, or limited the amount you could buy.
So far, this is great, didn't like the smell at first, was like caramel,but have since after a few packs , stopped noticing it. Am sure they last longer, but that might be my imagination.
Like Amber best, as most like ordinary strength cigarettes. Don't seem to make the house smell either.
