I'm completely satisfied with the quality of the plants. They were well packaged and arrived within three days.
The only thing that bothers me is that the plants aren't labeled. I also ordered a mystery box, and it bothers me that I couldn't clearly identify one of the plants.
It was my biggest mistake ordering plants from this company. My order got totally changed and i recieved totally different plants then what i had ordered. I contacted the customer service where they accepted their mistake and asked me if i would be okay to get refund as discount code which i agreed then since 9 days i tried to contact them through the same channel and nobody is responding. Seems like they are on ignoring policy. I would not recommend anyone ordering from here as they will send you plants of their choice and then later on they will not listen to you and you only have one channel that is to write them everyday and they will keep ignoring you.
Plants smaller than expected and damaged during transport. Not sure it worth it to not go a physical shop...

I am an happy customer for years. The plants are always in great health, even the sustainability box ones. Only thing I miss is the old boxes design, I always chuckled when I was getting one.
Out of the brt delivery that was a bit uncomfortable since they to deliver the purchase they had to call during my working days, consequently not being able to answer meant postponing the pick up of the plants. In total I purchased two plants; Sterelizia was completely fine but Monstera was with folds and vase damaged.
This was the 4th or 5th time I have bought from Plnts and again a great service. All products and plants ordered on or before indicated delivery date in perfect order. Shall continue to use them.

Horrible. 2 of the plants arrived infested by parasites and they refused to refund me with all the possible (and ridiculous) excuses. The other 2 plants were also in bad conditions with broken and black leaves. Unbelievable and shocking experience with this people. Stay away from this company: they will deny the evidence and never refund you. The quality of the plants I received is that of those plants you can find in a dumpster, same for the customer care. Shame I can not post pictures in here!

Ordered two plants from plnts.com—they arrived quickly, which was great. However, one plant was in good condition, while the other had yellowing leaves and white dots that look like a sign of pest infestation. I contacted customer support via website chat, but received no response. Won't order here again.
Edit: After getting back on the offer of PLNTS, sending an email, adding pictures, describing the problem, I got a standard mail to see their Q&A on sick plants and send in more pictures. At this point it got too time consuming and inconvenient to waste any more energy on. Taking it as a lesson to not order again.

I ordered several plants for over €250 and, unfortunately, some of them arrived in very poor condition. They were damaged, with falling leaves and clear signs of transport stress (the box was re-taped by a courier and placed on the side). They looked far from what was presented on the website and unlikely to recover.
I contacted support straight away and shared photos. Communication was polite, however the only solution offered was a partial discount code for a future purchase instead of a proper issue resolution. Moreover, I was asked to contact in 2 weeks if the problem remains (so it would be easier to blame me for dead plants).
The response “only a few leaves are damaged and the plants otherwise appear healthy,” when one of the plants arrived completely damaged, felt dismissive and didn’t reflect the actual situation.
Based on this experience, I’d recommend choosing a service that shows more care for both their customers and the plants they sell.

I purchased 6 baby calatheas, and unfortunately, two of them arrived in very bad condition. I still haven't received a response from customer service.

On Thursday, Cindy contacted me for a voucher to use on your site. I would have preferred a partial refund or an exchange because, if I reordered, I'd also have to pay for shipping. I'll see if I can use it for the same plants (difficult to know because they're on sale and the voucher can't be used) or for something else. However, I still haven't even received the voucher!

I bought some plants and soil. I was exited about the “Sustainability box Medium“.
I saw a german review on YT and decided to buy the same Box.
It needed only 3 days to arrive. The plants were good packed in. Everything was fine!

My order arrived quite quickly (6 days to France) and was well packaged, which I really appreciated. The Caryota Mitis arrived in good condition and looks absolutely lovely.
However, I'm disappointed with the Pachira plant. Several leaves were damaged during transit, and some also had older damage (holes and scratches) that clearly didn’t happen during shipping. While I’m confident I can nurse it back to health, it’s not quite what I was expecting in terms of quality.
Overall, the delivery speed and packaging were great, but the Pachira's condition was disappointing. I’m not sure if I would order again from this website.

I ordered 6 Burle Marx Flames, but only 2 arrived. The rest of the order is missing. There is absolutely no human customer service available only an AI chatbot that is unable to help with missing items. I have lost a significant amount of money and feel completely ignored. I cannot recommend this shop due to the non-existent support and incomplete delivery. Avoid if you value your money.
