A Game Changer for Organisations - From Paper to Powerful Insights

Plinth is absolutely incredible for grassroots organisations like ours. The power of the AI, combined with the fact that it is free for small organisations, is something we could only have dreamed of being able to afford.
It has completely transformed how we work. Plinth helps us build case notes and manage information about our young people digitally, so we no longer rely on paper‑based systems. This saves us time, money, and resources, while also being far better for the environment.
The platform also provides amazing data insights, helping us clearly evidence impact, improve practice, and strengthen funding bids and reporting. For a small charity with limited capacity, this is invaluable.
For grassroots organisations stretched thin, Plinth is a true leveller. It feels genuinely transformational and has become an essential part of our work.
We can’t recommend it highly enough; it’s not just a tool, it’s an enabler.

Great platform!

At Social Enterprise Kent, we've had a fantastic experience using Plinth. It’s an innovative and highly adaptable platform that has worked brilliantly for our grant administration portal. The team behind Plinth offer excellent customer service- they’re responsive, supportive, and genuinely open to new ideas and feedback. It’s clear they’re committed to continually improving the platform to meet users’ needs. Highly recommended for organisations looking for a flexible and forward-thinking solution.

Thank you from the Cheetah Conservation Fund UK

A huge thank you to Laura Kaye and the team for matching us with the wonderful Ginny, who kindly dedicated her time to help us to develop our approach to individual giving. Ginny was an absolute joy to work with and we learnt loads! Laura was super supportive and we'd highly recommend Time to Spare

Knowledgeable and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Time To Spare have been excellent in helping us with our website and getting vital information together for our funders. As we are creating a new website and need to include as much info as possible it was great having someone with the skills and knowledge needed to write such important pieces. Our volunteer was able to put together a piece on our ever growing arts and crafts sessions, which has not only helped our funders see what we are doing, it has also encouraged more people to join the groups and gain new skills and confidence. Thank you so much for everything.

Time to Spare and Laura Kaye…

Time to Spare and Laura Kaye specifically really helped FoodCycle with its Covid-19 service delivery in Kilburn and the surrounding areas. We were struggling to find enough volunteer drivers for our food parcel deliveries but Laura was incredibly helpful, helping us find a large number of volunteers which meant we were able to make all our deliveries each week. I loved using the platform and Laura was great at keeping in touch and worked hard to help our charity!
