Used Plexus a number of times now to bring in pallets from Holland and Italy and they've been excellent. They always keep us up to date with the shipment location and let us know when it is due to be delivered.

Right from the first start the communication was excellent, Marco kept us informed and was very prompt with his responses. Plexus Freight are true specialist in covering the well trodden transport routes to Europe's ceramics heartlands, such as Portugal, Spain and Italy. But in this instance they were also quick off the mark in providing an ad-hoc quote to Denmark, not one of their usual markets.
