My macbook crushed and my SSD was totally burnt. I went to House of Solution before that they tried to retrieve my data but they could not. Then I tried plexdata, where Daniel managed to find everything from my totally destroyed SSD card and I am more than thankful for it. I should have gone there right away! Thank you!

I went to Plexdata after my external hard drive would no longer load. I had over 10 years worth of memories on the hard drive and was very worried that it would all be lost. It was important to me to take my hard drive somewhere that I felt was trustworthy. I had researched a few different data recovery companies in the Malmö area, and I really appreciated speaking directly with Daniel, as he was also the person who would be working with my hard drive. In other companies, I was contacted by their sales team and I would have had to send my hard drive away to Norway. I didn't like this because I wanted to hand over my hard drive to someone in person, and not send it away in the post. I visited Daniel at his shop in Malmö, and after meeting him, I felt reassured to leave my hard drive in his hands. When I arrived at the shop, Daniel completed an initial evaluation, free of charge. He then explained the further investigation he would need to do to try to retrieve the files. I could tell that he had very good technical knowledge, and he was honest to say it may not be possible to get my data back, but he would try everything that was possible. A week later, Daniel called me to say he had successfully retrieved all of my files. It was the best news I could have asked for. I cannot thank Daniel enough for this. I will always make sure I have 2 or 3 copies of my files in future! Thank you Daniel for your professionalism and dedication.

I am very grateful for the recovery services of Plexdata Data Recovery Sweden. In Stockholm, I had a crashed SSD from which I needed to retrieve the data. Indeed, they were able to professionally and successfully recover data from an SSD, which famous companies such as Ibas Ontrack AB and Ahlberg data AB could not do.

At the beginning, I turned to the well-known company IBAS/Ontrack AB. Unfortunately, their specialists wrote back that "Has tried all known methods but not possible to fix. The result indicates that all electronics etc is running ok but the controller/firmware/flash is in panic mode or damaged/corrupted. No recovery possible".

In this regard, I decided to turn to Ahlberg AB for help next. Unfortunately, they could not help me either yet advised me to send the hard drive to Greece for specialists from Northwind Data Recovery. However, I decided to refrain from doing that as the estimated time was 10-12 weeks and there was no guarantee of success either.

Despite these setbacks, I did not give up. We kept searching, contacted Plexdata Data Recovery Sweden and sent our SSD to their lab. The next day, I received the news that immediately after receiving the SSD, they were able to recover all the necessary data.

Finally, I want to say that often people think that Ibas Ontrack AB is the only way to recover data. However, this is completely false. When some companies fail, it is worth keep searching. In my case, Plexdata Data Recovery data found a solution. Never give up!
