Positiev experience

Many positives - employees get quickly paid, cashback options, app is very user-friendly, good support from Pleo team and our CS Manager, always responsive and helps resolve any issues that come up. There are also some areas can be improved - such as approval flow for team managers, version for Asian countries like Singapore. It's good to see that the product keeps getting updates and improvements, making it even better over time.

Lots of hidden fees

I just had one of the worst demos and sales calls with one of their Account Managers. He clearly lacked a solid understanding of the solution, and it became evident that they impose numerous hidden and transaction fees on payments made through their platform. Many of these fees aren't disclosed on their website or only appear in specific regional versions.

Also their system doesn’t support generating payment files for use in a regular bank or integrate with Wise (or equivalent) for low cost international payments.

Great assistance
