We were a little apprehensive about buying Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student Edition because the price was so low. I checked out the company on Trust Pilot and other websites and felt comfortable ordering the product. We were able to download and install easily with no problems. However I had not completely removed a version of Office on our PC. An email was quickly answered by James with instructions for removing the old software and reinstalling Office 2019. Everything works perfectly now. Tech support is excellent. Thanks James for your help!

I was assisted by James today following a long nite of me being unsure as to whether or not I had performed PlazaSoftware's instructions properly to Install my new version of Office 2019. Following the exchange of approximately 4 emails, he had me assured, via his comprehensive instuctions, that yes, I had indeed completed my new Install properly and that I should have no further problems.

I bought the MS Office Home and Student 2019 for my new Dell laptop during the 2020 Thanksgiving sale, order 6505. I returned that laptop shortly afterwards, uninstalled the office 2019.
Recently, I bought a new computer and contact PlazaSoftware for support to use that MS Office 2019.
I in emails contact with Chris a professional, courteous PlazaSoftware Support Staff who helped me through successfully install the MS Home and Office 2019 from PlazaSoftware on my new laptop. Good job Chris.

I needed tech support and had a response with a fix in a very short time.

Do not buy from this company. I never approved the final purchase. After putting in my credit card, I choose to cancel but the company website charged me anyways, eventhough I clicked canceled. After trying to get a refund, well within 30 days, the seller just flat out refused. The program didn't even work with my computer. Instead of gaining perhaps a future customer or a customer who refers its business, this company has made the experience very unpleasant and stressful. If this company writes that I used their code already, which I didn't because the keys they sold me did not work with my apple laptop so it didn't work with my computer. I even show them that I paid Microsoft subscription instead because I really needed a working excel the day of. I have email exchanges to prove this. So don't buy into all of their great reviews, please be AWARE!!! . You will be scam! They do not operate how a good business should.

Reply to Seller's comment: The seller is not telling the truth. I never even used the product keys, I messaged for a refund the day of. I never even approved the purchase in the first place. Buyers be warned please becareful using their website, once you input your card information, the cancel button does not work, rather it will charge your card. I sent the seller my office account to prove that I didn't use the code and yet they choose to claim otherwise and refused to refund.

Purchased Microsoft Office Home & Student.
Very quick response from Plazasoftware with the download links for the software and information on how to install it. Had a little trouble getting it to work. Emailed Plazasoftware for help. They sent me instructions on how to fix it. 20 minuets later all was working properly.

Bought MS Office 2019 Home Student. Got into some downloading issues at first, but after download everything works like a charm. The price is unbeatable! Chris was prompt in responding to questions. Highly recommended.

I ordered Office 2019 and a license key was delivered very quickly. I logged on to download the suite, which took an inordinate amount of time in my judgment. I am semi computer illiterate (read: old) so I consulted with my son, a computer science grad, who pointed out the slow download speed provided by my ISP. Once downloaded, I had trouble getting it to install, but with help from Chris was able to sort it out. Most of my trouble was Microsoft security related rather than a software problem.

I decided to upgrade from Office Home & Student 2010 to 2019. Great price one of the reasons. Had an issue trying to download, sent email an received a simple fix, worked.
Second issue, OK you do need to delete the 2010 before you can install 2019, again a email and simple fix and yes all the files are there in 2019 Office. Thank You Chris.

Ordered Office 2019 for Home and Student. Paid $24.70 for the product after a discount. Was wary of the possibility of a scam, but thought for 25 bucks, why not. Received email from PlazaSoftware within minutes of purchase and had the software installed 15 minutes after ordering. Great transaction! Very satisfied.
