There is no way to get ahold of these people I have $50 in Amazon $50 in Google and $20 in PayPal but they will not help me transfer my game for some reason I'm not getting what I'm asking for all I'm asking is for my game to be transferred to my new phone but I haven't seen no form or anything I guess it's a scam

Avoid this company. I placed an order recently they took my money but didnt send the order. I had to get in contact with my bank to recover the money. Wouldnt buy from them again. The customer service as well was appalling, rude and not helpful at all. It also took them 5 working days to email me back to confirm where my money was.
Appalling customer service
Bought a PlayStation Move Controller for £20. 24 hours later I get an email saying that they have none in stock and will refund. Slightly unbelievable, but there wasn't much I could do. 3-4 days later, I see that they have them on the site again, but this time they had 3. Surely nothing could go wrong this time, right? Wrong. The next day I get the same email again saying that it is a stock error and that I will be refunded. I don't know what game they're playing exactly, but it definitely isn't consumer friendly. I presume that they're selling in store, or staff are buying themselves to sell on eBay for a profit. Either way, it is disgusting, and I won't be using them ever again.

Brought a electric range rover for the babe last christmas. Had it no problem everything fine, until it broke down 6 months later. Could not find a telephone number for them, Emailed them to which they did reply, and told me they do not cover the car for electrics!!!!! But its called an electric car so all there is (besides a shell) are electrics. Babe has only played with it twice. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SPEND EXTEA AND GO TO REPUTABLE COMPANY....

Bought the Rebo Raptor 12v Quad.
Delivery was fantastic and came as requested however product is very poor standard and broke after less than an hours use.
On arrival, there was a screw missing to attach the handle-bar to the steering column - luckily my husband managed to make do with something we already had.
Once assembled, the stickers were peeling off before any use - this was not caused during assembly as stickers were already attached to the quad and were already peeling.
The quad comes with a remote control so it can be used in either full manual mode operated by the child or remote mode where it is fully operated by the parent or adult. Unfortunately, due to loose wiring or a manufacturing fault, the remote function no longer works and now the quad can only be used in manual mode, which is not what we wanted.
Have been emailing the company regularly, they do respond but it takes time and as there is no contact number for the company, it's taking some time to get anywhere.
After raising a complaint through my card company they have now agreed to replace the faulty parts - which may or may not resolve the problems we have. They are refusing to collect the goods for a refund.

Ordered and delivered efficiently. Driver had received a phone call to say part of the package had been placed on another van in error, at least he was able to tell us that and we didn't have to start phoning. The missing package was delivered the next working day.
Not actually constructed yet and can't help but wonder if we will require to phone the helpline, as their are only diagrams to follow no words in the instructions. Watch this space as they say!
Avoid!! No stock, communication or customer service
Order my sons Christmas present early November. It was "dispatched" 2 days later. After a week I emailed as it hadn't been delivered. I was told it should be with me by the end of the week. Fast forward a few weeks and a few emails (to which I received no reply) I finally get the truth.
They didn't have the item in stock when I ordered even though the website said they did, not informed of this at the time. They had pushed my order to a 3rd party to fulfill , not informed of this at the time and now 4th December a month after I placed the order I finally get an email to tell me they cant supply and have cancelled my order.
Awful customer service, no communication. I will not use this company again or recommend. I only hope I can purchase elsewhere so close to Christmas. Thanks alot!!!

My wife and I ordered a Little Tikes Junior Activity Gym as a Christmas present for our 16 month old little man.
The following morning we got a mail from Rhian at Playtimes explaining that they had shipped their last one just a few hours before we placed our order. New stock was being ordered.
Rhian and I exchanged a few mails - me explaining that the order was a Christmas present for our boy and that we needed some reassurance that we'd receive it in time for Christmas Day. Rhian did some checks and followed up later with the news that Playtime couldn't be sure that they'd be able to fulfil the order on time. I received a refund to my card right away and without having to ask.
A less reputable company would have kept our money and made all sorts of excuses, probably fulfilling the order but missing delivery for Christmas Day. Playtimes, as represented by Rhian, clearly appreciated the situation from a parent's perspective and dealt with us plainly and fairly. We hugely appreciate this and believe that based on our experience, Playtimes should be recognised and commended for their customer service.
Excellent customer service
I ordered a small trampoline for my 2-year old grandson, to be delivered to my daughter's address. I chose to use Playtimes as the price was very competitive for the item I wanted. They offered next day delivery and the parcel arrived on time. When my daughter put the trampoline together, there was one spring missing, with only 29 supplied instead of the 30 needed. I contacted the company using the website form, as detailed in their email confirming the order, requesting an additional spring (or two!). I received a reply later that day, apologising for the omission and stating that a replacement would be put in the post the following day. Sure enough, a couple of days later a parcel arrived at my daughter's address, containing 2 springs so she has a spare. Mistakes can occur and it's how they are handled that make an impression, and this was handled promptly and very well. I received a first class product and service for a very economical price :-)

It looks fab, me and my hubby set it up and have tried all settings and we can't wait to see kids faces at Xmas. The music and flashing lights are great and they are going to love it!!
Very bad communication and organisation
Ordered something and 1 week later was still waiting for the order, got in touch with them and they said it had been shipped out, eventually I just did all the work myself to find my parcel which didn't exist anywhere, 1 week later after all the messing around I was eventually told my item was not shipped amd was out of stock.

Turned up unannounced, fortunately I happened to be in. Parts were missing and after contacting playtimes I was told ( after a number of days ) to just contact the manufacturer directly. 8 days and counting and I've had no response
