Waste of time as it doesn't pay out when you complete the challenges!!! It was good for a couple of weeks now it's not worth playing as doesn't pay out and doesn't even answer your messages to try and help with your problems.... DON'T DOWNLOAD

Doesn't acknowledge levels or progress. Therefore, coins don't match so no payout. Waste of time - no one gets back to you,, and there's no help to resolve it

So at first I thought this app was great I was getting Google payments within a hour fab ! Until I managed to get enough for a paypal payout then absolutely nothing processing for weeks now. Currently there is £90 for paypal payouts and £39 of googlepayouts stuck on processing I have emailed and emailed in which I've had silence not a automated response or anything. I have now contacted Google and showed them all my evidence who are now launching an investigation into the developers for breaching terms and conditions and ignoring its customers so I don't know what will happen. Absolutely grinded to get they payouts on which I'm probably never going to see now

They aren't processing my last 2 payouts. And emailed several times and being ignored. So delete it and any apps they advertise. I wasted my time.

I'm not happy at all,I'm playing games for hours and hours and spending money on games that I'm not getting my rewards for ,I've reported numerous times to your so called "support team " and all I get is the same dumb message from"Julia"and nothing happens if this is not resolved soon I'll just uninstall your app even though I love the games I play,the games I've problems with are Lucky buddies,Warhammer,Gunship battle so do something!!!

It works but only up to 8 redemptions. It only allows you to redeem eight times. After that if you try to redeem for the 9th time it just stays on processing. You'll never see nor receive your reward. It's annoyingly frustrating because they thought they were slick but they are not. They continuously switch between sister companies to have more users use it. The Spotlight and GameTester. They also have other apps exactly as this one. Another duplicate with a different name and icon. I contacted Tango and showed them proof that they should cut ties with them. I doubt they'll listen but hey it's their reputation not mine. I wouldnt recommend this app to no one unless if they wants to make an easy reward of a Google play gift card. Other than that, it's a scam, rubbish, most importantly it's trash.

For the most part it works fine. However now they've done a play for x mins for coins on it never times you correctly. Iv played on many games for well over the time asked for and its only registered that iv been playing for 1 min instead of 45 mins. Better than others iv seen but needs work done.

Please please do not touch this site , at first I thought it was slow but good, then it has been a total nightmare I have £27 which is just processing since the 15/02/ 2024 . I have emailed the help team which send an automated email saying that a team member is looking at it now.. They won't even acknowledge your email you sent please please do go anywhere near this app. Thank you .

Never got £20 PayPal payment , it's been over 2 months now . Reply on email seems to be automated.
Amazon withdrawal works fine and amaunt added to gift card balance instantly

it has taken weeks to get 20 pound and acter a week still waiting for payout they never answer there emails will not bother playing anymore.

Just another scam application it took me 3 weeks to make the 20 pounds up I cash out nearly a week ago now and they haven't paid me I've emailed them several times but had no response back do your self a favour and delete if u have this app I cash out fro PayPal maybe if u do one off the other option u might get it if your lucky but don't hold your breath

Playtime is a small game retailer, the branch in Nottingham is hidden away in Broadmarsh centre.
I've only shopped there a couple of times, however it is very clear that the shop staff care about their product.
During the recent panic to buy PS4s we had tried everywhere to get two for our children, having been let down by the place where we had pre-ordered we happened to walk past Playtime.
So we went in and asked if by any chance they had a PS4. In fact they had two, they held on to them whilst we went shopping.
On Christmas Day it turned out one of the play stations was faulty. I went in on Boxing Day to ask for a replacement, of course they didn't have one (thanks to Sony being surprised by demand, yet again!)
However within 24 hours they'd sourced a replacement and I now have two happy sons.
Thank you Ben for the excellent way you looked after me, and resolved the problem so quickly.
