It's more like wso str8's and flushes. And it's a set up game. That's not y I'm here though. 3 days ago, I did the loot lane about 4 or 5 times. Never received my cards or chips for the albums. It was a variety of packs and 4 or 5 chips. Then they had a 30 min deal on a pack of cards for 200 gems. Took my money. Took my gems but I didn't receive anything. I been emailing them with only the response of a ticket was generated. It shouldn't be that hard to look into. Don't waste your money. Plus what's been happening a lot lately is I can't even bet. Timer runs out. AA, KK, Plus other good cards get folded on me. The worst was 4 - 10s being folded on me.

Playtika as a company is horrible. Been playing bingo blitz for over 10 years and with every update it gets worse. You get stuck in rooms for months and never get to see the items you need. They have these ungiftable items in every room. The rooms go so fast that you have no chance of ever winning. When you contact support you always get a scripted response from the team. As a billion dollar company they don’t care about the players at all in my honest opinion.

They are using an RNG that hasn't had the certification renewed in several years. When told about numerous patterns, they reply with "We use the best 3rd party RNG". So many breaches of the rules and regulations that it won't be long before they learn the hard way. The trademarked companies they are using have been notified.

This site is defrauding players out of their money. The site is using bots to steal chips people bought from them and then when they run out of chips, the site begs them to buy more so they can repeat the process. Nowhere in the site does it disclose that the "players" you are playing against are generated bots that are rigged to steal far more from you than you're allowed to win from them. What they are doing is absolutely illegal and the company needs to be indicted for fraud.

I accepted a rewards through Tapjoy/Helpshift to play game House Of Fun and would be rewarded to reach certain levels. I have been rewarded for some but not others even though I have proof. Conversation ID: #5445205 With Tapjoy.

I tried many times to trying to play in their Poker Heat, they lure you to buy chips to then lose very quickly and opponents wins often and when you change the tables 20/30/40K disappears and after several times I wanted to delete the app and downloaded after few hours or days, the app doesn’t want you to enjoy, you must buy chips and the process it’s repetitive, they will take all your money in nothing, loosing without mercy. It’s the only good game on the Apple Store, in terms of graphics and entertainment, but for what I described above, it’s the unfortunate fact. Annoying and frustrating app

I’ve been playing Bingo Blitz since 2010. My profile says 2018 because I changed devices and they never told me I couldn’t transfer over, the kind people at Playtika just disabled my account.
This game has become nothing but a SCAM. They prey on people with 15 plus pop-ups asking for money, you rarely get a win these days, and it’s about time this company were held accountable for their actions.
Instead of respecting players who got them to be filthy rich, they choose to block people who speak out on Facebook, they don’t let anyone win like they used to, and some of the games end up costing over $75AU each if it were in real money. I get extremely concerned that many people are spending far too much money on a company who care for NO ONE other than THEMSELVES.
This is a GAMBLING GAME and they get past things by making up that it’s just a “game”. Why all the pop ups wanting money then, Playtika?
The game has changed for the worse over the years, and instead of fixing the game, they pay the likes of Drew Barrymore and Lionel Richie to endorse them. NO ONE CARES about whether they like the game. Start to look after your customers!! I have spent money on this game and refuse to ever again. They love to make people scroll through pages to attempt to find support. It’s an absolute nightmare. I have reported them to the BBB and hope that more people do. How this company is allowed to get away with constantly ripping people off is beyond me. The lazy people at Playtika are too busy in their wellness centre, they haven’t updated the pathetic chat and constant typos, the wheel and the stupid power ups, it’s utter rubbish now. Like many on that game, we are SICK TO DEATH of being unable to voice out opinions. I have been banned from their FB page in the past for speaking my mind in a very polite manner. Where is OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH, PLAYTIKA?!
This is absolutely unacceptable and unlawful what they’re doing to people.
Even the moderators if chosen, don’t get paid. They “volunteer” and I would imagine in lieu of money, they get credits to play with. What employer expects people to work for free?! PLAYTIKA! That’s who.
AVOID ALL PLAYTIKA GAMES. It’s about time they went back to Court for ripping people off.

Avoid the games from Playtika, once you pay they make the game impossible so you pay more and more, is just crazy.

I played Pirate Kings and when it was free you had much better perks than after I paid.

Support don't recognize and don't give you a good service

Bingo Blitz was the only site that carried Playtika. Now they have started to bring in all the crap from Slotomania. Round Challenge is the worst possible thing they could have brought in. And you have to go through at least 10 or more Pop-Up before even trying to play a round of Bingo. Bingo Blitz has turned into something that no one wants to play.

Had an issue with an in game purchase after the game had crashed. Contacted the 'support' desk. Foolishly thought they were trying to resolve my problem but after five emails to them they continued to ask for the same information. After my sixth message back to Innplay (owned by Playtika), they arbitrarily closed the ticket. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Scam

This is a cautionary tale. PlayWSOP (owned by Playtika) will gladly accept thousands of your dollars, only to ban you and your entire team without a valid explanation.

In June 2025, I started playing on playwsop.com. The game was addictive, and I began topping up for in-game items, believing in supporting the developers. Our spending grew significantly when my family got involved in the "Beat The House" team-play mode. We grinded team points and expanded our spending into the hundreds of USD.

By July, our team grew to 28 members. We moved our operations to my internet cafe to play together. It is critical to note that:

We never played on the same cash table.

We never participated in a single tournament together.

As the team leader, I was the sole person topping up all 28 accounts using my Apple account and Google Pay. My account reached Platinum status, and the other 27 reached Gold status. This represented an investment of thousands of USD.

After three months, we stopped spending for about three weeks as team rewards were sufficient. Then, on September 17, 2025, the bans hit. In two waves, 20 accounts were wiped out. The first wave banned 4 accounts during a video poker game; the second wave the next day banned the remaining 16.

We played fairly. After a careful review of their Terms of Service with our lawyer, we confirmed we did not violate them. The only possible point of contention is that we shared my internet cafe's IP address.

When we contacted support and even Playtika directly, we received only generic, copy-pasted replies before being completely ignored. They accepted all our payments but refused to give us a specific reason for the ban.

I have since requested chargebacks from my card issuer. I suggest you do the same if this happens to you—the process is straightforward.

Final Verdict: Do NOT trust Playtika or its games. In my 26 years of online gaming, their games have the most intrusive ads. As for the game being rigged, their own "for entertainment purposes only" disclaimer admits it. We will not let these rippers take our money easily.

Total money grab. Find anywhere else to play. Every game is rigged.

Playtika is a scam fraud company. They steal money through fake advertisement and pushy fraud pop ups on Bingo Blitz. They also incorporate bots to beat players on Bingo Blitz. They also steal money from debit cards. Mine for sure. Playtika/Bingo Blitz has stolen a lot of money from me. And their chat support is full of dookie, excuses, scam material and lies.

Every element in these games are internal ads to coerce you into buying their virtual packs/currency. They are enabling gambling for children. Really messed up.

So many free games like slotomania and bingo blitz yet they bombard you with buy this buy that and when you do you never get what they advertise .If you do you lose it all very quickly I have been robbed so many times and when you complain you are just should away and hidden .

No client suport by Playtika, they only closed the issue ticket and doesnt solve the problem, the games are full of glitches and bugs. I played Monopoly Poker and one day i had 400M chips the next day without playing i had 4M chips, they didnt fixe the problem I will never play a game from Paytika. They are not serius people and professionals

Monopoly Poker has gone down hill since they took over. It use to be best product out there, now it's just geared to force players to buy chips. It's totally lost the community atmosphere (it's strongest feature) that made it different from other sites. I really doubt any of the developers play poker.

Horrible game don't play

Every game/site which is taken over by Playtika becomes corrupt in no time, GOP3 for example: NEVER you win something big and every new feature they add is made for only one goal: To fill their own pockets....Playtika runs by GREED and doesnt give a damn about their players

Playtika has transformed Monopoly Poker from a good game into an unplayable one by making various changes. All changes to the detriment of the players. Stay away from Playtika games.
