Not helpful

Really bad… enjoyed playing had some wins… I left some money in my account to play again the next day and it had all gone. I emailed them and told them. Basically got told I must have shared my details (which I didn’t) someone else had used the money left in my account to play a game and lost it . They closed my account down because I said someone had used it. This also happened so someone else so it’s a dodgy site and I would stay away.

Be extremely cautious when depositing on this website! I put 25 dollars for NO WAGER FREE SPINS and was told that I wasn’t allowed to withdraw my money because I HAD to wager my money and was threatened for my account to be closed and take my 25 dollars.. forcing me to “risk” my 25 dollars and losing all of it.. on top of it all the customers service team and extremely ignorant and unprofessional on top of unhelpful.

Avoid playing with OJO

Avoid playing with OJO. I heard an advert on the radio boasting how good of an good experience it was. I joined yesterday deposited twice and I was banned from depositing for 24 hours, I believe this had an impact on payout, 6 games I went on and won nothing. I had to chat with someone asking me if I can afford it and what not to continue my gaming, I admire your concern but I've never had this issue with any sites I've been on, I lost £890 on my first day. I don't appreciate being asked questions on my affordability and being set limits by someone on the other end, it has nothing to do with you how people spend their money.

Less than 48 hours ago my account was randomly blocked for 24 hours so i withdrew my cash and was sent an email accusing me of not risking my deposit which was ludicrous HOW CAN I SPEND WITH A BLOCKED ACCOUNT !!!!
16/4 restrictions lifted
Now today for no reason yet again in the middle of playing ACCOUNT BLOCKED for 24 hours only this time the withdrawal option removed
Tried contacting support bots will NOT connect me to an agent
This is nothing short of bullying and it is beyond the joke
They have done everything possible to get rid of me for no apparent reason
Be warned people think twice before you deposit here
UPDATE account closed funds withdrawn this site has put a bulldozer through any trust i had for it you will never ever see me there again i wouldnt reccomend to my worse enemy

Nightmare to withdraw

Tried to withdraw £150 from my account, I was told that my payment method wasn’t accepted and id have to add wire transfer details, which I did. I was then told that my withdrawal would be cancelled and the money would go back to my cash balance WITHIN 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours and still nothing, I contacted live chat again and they said that my payment method had been declined and that I need to add wire transfer details (Which I did do over 24 hours ago)… I told them this and they just replied with “wait a little more please” and ended the live chat, I tried to connect straight back to the live chat and now there are no members of the team available.

Lie lie lie terrible people

This is the worst gambling company because they lie. My account is -£300 in net deposits so how can I be abusing anything. I deposited £250 won £100 then lose £70 doing 10p spins btw which takes hours. They are annoyed that I didn’t place a “commensurate amount of bets” which means that I didn’t carry on and lose it all. They are withholding my £280,£250 of which I deposited because I didn’t risk enough money for their liking. They send you an email every day saying deposit x and get free spins 10p free spins btw in those terms and conditions there is no rules about wagering. Think of the poor people that you’ve forced to wager money that have gambling problems but you don’t care because it’s “fair play policy” Nobody would choose to go to PlayOJO if you didn’t offer incentives, you scam them to get in, trap them by blocking their ability to withdraw THEIR OWN MONEY. Restrict their ability to withdraw but they can still gamble and lose but if they win they can’t withdraw it. If you deposit on this site first spin hit the jackpot they won’t let you withdraw until you’ve bet the lot how does that make any sense. Terrible terrible people you shouldn’t haven’t a license!!

Scam artist !
I made a £10 deposit without a problem. Once I made a withdrawal, one day later they said it cannot be completed and I need to contact customer service !
When I try go on company website or app it’s like I have been blocked and cannot access it.

Block withdrawals awful company!

Wow. This has been an awful experience. I’m not a big time gambler I only do a few spins with the girlfriend when we have time off work and after baby is in bed. I took advantage of a PlayOJO deposit offer for free spins. I shouldn’t have bothered as since then they have blocked any withdrawal! So they have been withholding my money with no urgency to try and sort this. I have other gambling accounts and never had any issues. Avoid this company!

UPDATE: Their reply below highlights that they hide behind their “FairPlay rules”. They are annoyed at me for using their free spin offer when there is no wagering requirement. Appear to be annoyed when customers win anything so can simply block their withdrawals highlighting their FairPlay terms. I’m still no further along with them.

Update 18th still didn’t reply to my emails however when I spent the remaining balance (a measly £18 winning around £1.20) and asked to close account they replied and closed the account within minutes.

Not good compared to others

I'm pretty convinced this site is rigged/controlled. Over just 8 weeks I spent at Least £300 and nothing to show other than a few Very small wins. It seems to be the same names that constantly win over and over and over again which just makes no sense in my opinion, I really believe they have employees told to join in and play along to reduce your odds of winning while being forced to keep it secret with an NDA, but at the end of the day not much I can do to prove it. A good example of this was playing a bingo game with only 2 other ppl, with 3 chances to win [line, 2 lines, house] but only the other 2 names actually won again and again and again. It should be random but that never happens with the same amount of numbers coming out most times no matter how many playing 🫤 for example 1 line guaranteed to be won within 10 numbers, 2 lines in 30, house in 50 for 90 ball, maybe not all games but most, there's absolutely nothing random about that! Then there's the "Free" bingo which I've been playing 11 times a day for several months and literally won a few times, again for very small amounts. Then the kickers are a joke you always have to spend something to have a chance of winning but guess what! you Never win, i also play the free rolls 3 times a day for a chance to win 10 free spins ive won it twice and and ones of them i got 2p!!!!!!!. I really do luv a game of bingo but i just cannot justify spending anymore money with the same odds of winning whether you have paid or its free, I'll just play the free games and wait frustratingly for a tiny win once in a blue moon. I've actually lost money on this site due to tech gliches it wasn't much only £1.20 but thats not the point! Stolen money in my opinion, a Complaint was made by email but No response!!! I then spoke to an agent on live chat and they just patched me telling me to wait for a response by email, I won't hold my breath it's been months now. If you win and withdraw early, they will just revoke

You adhere to the terms and conditions, but if you try to withdraw, it will bounce and they will hide behind a clause which basically gives them the right to revoke anyones winnings for any reason.
