I have told you they are ignorant and do not know how to fix the problem. I know you raise a ticket by these comments because you have in the past for me. So that was your first lie. I once again ask you to fix your software and fix his account. You are breeching your terms and conditions.

The people in charge of the Victoria branch said they cannot tell BCLC what to do. I have screenshots of BCLC saying GEPB instructed them to close my account? Who is lying here? Why does GPEB not answer my emails? Why was my account locked when I investigated BCLC. Then when I closed the investigation my account was reopened with BCLC. Then I reported possible cheating to BCLC internally and my account was closed. So this takes all incentive away from people to report cheating on the platform they are trying to make better.

How do we hold these people accountable? We have to make reddit posts to tell the public our story. Post on reddit, Google reviews, trustpilot reviews and Better Business Bureau. Also flood the BC Ombudsperson with complaints. That is how we start getting things done. I think the best thing of all is telling your story on reddit because even if you go with the BC Ombudsperson nothing really gets done and they don't question BCLC when BCLC made a false statement multiple times. I don't know if the false statements were intentional or not that's why I asked BC Ombudsperson to ask BCLC to clarify their explanation of a software error not affecting gameplay. It does affect gameplay but nobody wants to hold BCLC accountable.

GPEB also told me I am not allowed to call on the phone because they know I am exposing them. So GPEB does not reply to my emails but they also said I am not allowed to call on the phone... so there is no way to start an investigation to expose BCLC and GPEB

After giving Playnow another chance to change my mind I am thoroughly disappointed with this gaming website and highly recommend that online gambling patrons DO NOT support this website!!! The poker client locks me out of games in the middle of a hand on a new Apple silicon Mac and on the older Intel Mac. This happens every half hour on average. I'm getting to be very fast at logging back in. This has been an issue for years. I've reported this in the past.

The deposit counter adds my deposit attempt to my total when the Interac E-transfer deposit feature isn't working. I chatted with an agent who was nice enough to tell me it wasn't working, which took ten minutes. It would be nice when you know it's not working if you would post that on the deposit page (so users don't have to contact Support) and in any event NOT add a deposit to the deposit counter when it's not working.

The third issue occurred when I was trying to resolve the the Deposit issue above and was disconnected before I was able to finish my reply to the Playnow staff member.

Phoned playnow (that's a mistake) because when the game glitches it will keep it in queue so to speak and replay with a notice "you have a game in progress" But since I didn't have the funds for a BONUS GAME I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR after 2 attempts it still wouldn't load the BONUS.

There is a MINIMUM 3x wager that will be paid out on that game (3 picks) up to 10x times.

The agent VOIDS my game, gives me a NON REDEEMABLE $5 token (not cash) and says haha, terms and conditions, malfunctions haha, you agreed to these terms.

He should NOT have voided my game. That wiped the game out. I have the log of winning numbers and selected numbers.

I could have tried later.

I finally won on megavault took me too the megavault wheel , spun the wheel stopped at a envelope, envelope came up to open up to show my prize then crashed on me , tried 6 times to go back to the game until it took me to the beginning again . I never knew what I won. Put a complaint in the vendor responded saying I was paid out , when I never did . I called back to complain to ask the vendor what was in the envelope still no reply . So upsetting and frustrating

Listen im a gambler i understand you win some you lose some its just the name of the game but the odds on this website is slim to none. They'll pay you out at the beginning but won't see that again. Latest example is taking 1000$ to finally hit a bonus and on 10$ spins the bonus paid 200$ lol thats what happens in most bonuses it just doesn't make sense. I've been playing playnow for years .it's was fair in the beginning ,and now like everything else it's a scam ,very little bonuses and when you get one they don't pay . You can't even last 20 minutes with a $100 deposit . A flipping joke ,never again will I give my money to them . Shame on bclc for being greed driven . How much do you need to steal from us !!!

Playnow BCLC is stealing money from Canadians with rigged software. GPEB does not audit them, they get paid off by the gangsters running BCLC. In poker they have house bots generating the winning hands it is impossible to win. Keep playing and you will see the same players winning and they will win with the same hands you lose with. I took an almost 2 week break from Playnow and decided to give it another try which was unsurprisingly a mistake.

I logged on to find a $100 free play token so I played this first but it was nothing but dead spins. I then proceeded to play $300 of my own money and the best I got was a line pay that paid roughly 8x my wager. I tried at least 4 different games including the one that I referenced in my previous review which constantly has progressive jackpot shenanigans. The GRAND jackpot was sitting at roughly 12K and the MAJOR was roughly 20K. The GRAND reseeds at minimum 8K and the MAJOR reseeds at exactly 1K so this means the MAJOR has likely been going for at least 2 - 3 days without being hit yet the GRAND was hit likely within the past 8 or so hours. Every time this happens, the game has abysmal RTP. The psychological reasoning behind this is that you have better odds to hit the MAJOR than the GRAND so they let the MAJOR grow excessively large to bait people into playing the game despite the GRAND being almost as low as it possibly can be. This is a pattern that repeats over and over which shouldn't be possible if the game was truly RNG. I was also playing at roughly 3:30 AM since these jackpots are often "hit" in the middle of the night but I had no such luck.

Every slot I played was cold so I stopped playing and then tried again later in the day (another $300) and had a similar experience. The best I got was a bonus that paid roughly 17x the wager.

Something I noticed was that the URL in the game window (which contains a very long string of letters & numbers) stayed exactly the same no matter which game I played and this persisted even after logging out and back in. This is something I've paid attention to in the past so I know that it used to change EVERY time you open a new game so clearly something has changed. I can't prove it but this tells me that I am correct about my account being rigged to lose.

My trends shows that I've made 69 deposits in the last 3 months totaling $2769 and my withdrawal amount is $0.

On the other hand, I also play slots on Bet365 and these were my results in a SINGLE day:

$10 deposit cashed out at $150
$10 deposit cashed out at $1200
$100 deposit cashed out at $800 (but I could have cashed out $2000 if I cashed out sooner).

Again, this was in a <24 hour period so at least Bet365 is true RNG and they don't rig your account after every withdrawal since I was able to profit multiple times in a day which has never happened on Playnow.

Bet365 also still has automatic spins available and they have an option "prevent me from cancelling this withdrawal" unlike Playnow which makes you wait until 12:00 AM before you're no longer able to reverse the withdrawal and then they take 3+ business days to pay you. I have withdrawn 10K + on Bet365 multiple times and am always paid within 12 - 24 hours even on the highest withdrawals.

Needless to say I will be locking myself out of Playnow and only play on Bet365 going forward.
