Extremely disappointing experience.

I paid $89 USD for a playlist promotion campaign and waited more than 30 days with virtually no results. I received no meaningful playlist placements, no clear reporting, and no satisfactory explanation for the delay.

As an independent artist, every dollar matters. I invested in this service expecting professional promotion, but instead I was left waiting with little communication and nothing to justify the cost.

If you are considering using Playlist Booker, be aware that my experience was paying $89 and receiving no measurable value in return. I regret this purchase and would not use this service again.

Hands down the worse experience I’ve ever had doing business. I purchased two packages April 17, it’s now May 12 and not one single result has been delivered. The email correspondence is absolutely terrible they keep asking for patience but fail to deliver any results. I highly recommend not to use this platform. I will be going public with my experience on social media if I do not receive a full refund immediately.

I paid $59.00 for a campaign with Playlist Booker (Order #PBS5029) for a 10k-30k follower reach. After weeks of zero movement, the company admitted in an email on March 30th that there was a "genre mismatch"—meaning they put my music on completely irrelevant playlists.

Despite this written admission of their own mistake, they have repeatedly refused a refund, claiming the campaign is still "active" and asking for "patience."

After nearly two months:
* 0% of my streams come from their placements according to Spotify for Artists.
* Zero listeners have been generated by their service.
* My only growth is organic/algorithmic, which they are now trying to claim credit for.

They are stalling to avoid refunding for a service they failed to deliver. If you are an artist, do not waste your money here. You will get better results from Spotify Radio for free than paying this company to put you in the wrong genre.

Communication was a bit slow. It took them about 3 days to confirm my campaign had started and to send me the playlist links. The promo itself was okay.

Not working for me bullshit and when I try to send email it don't work I want my money back

I've been using thier Meta ads service. Started off small but I get over 300 streams a day and it grows steady I just added another song. For the Meta service

Safe to use—I checked my Spotify data and it wasn't bot traffic. However, the listener save rate was pretty low, so it didn't do much to trigger the Spotify algorithm for me.

It’s a decent service to get the ball rolling on a new release, but it won't make you famous overnight. You still need to do a lot of your own marketing on social media.

Great value for the money. The email reports they send are very detailed. I just wish there was a live dashboard to track the playlist placements in real-time, but the results speak for themselves.

I placed an order on this website, but the service was never delivered. It has been several weeks and nothing has happened.

I have contacted support many times asking for a refund, but they still have not returned my money.

I have been using playlistbooker for over a year now. Whenever I have a new release I will buy the smallest promo.

User generated list giving me way too random result recently, it’s not reliable.

I switched over to their meta ad service and it’s working pretty well.
After the discount it cost 50$ for a week and I’m easily getting 3-500 plays every day.
No takedown from this after 2 months and 4 release, can only recommend

Can’t say much about their other services, but their META ad campaign works great!

This company purports to do legitimate music promotion using no Bots or making any fake streams.this is important because Spotify will take down your music if they find evidence of this.

My wife,Brenda Steele had a song recently released on Spotify, so we chose playlist booker.com as they promised im writing no bots or fake streams. I paid them 59.00 and they are the only music promotion service we used for this song.

2 weeks later we received notice from Spotify that the song was taken down for bots and fake streams.

When I brought this to playlist booker's attention, they basically told me to go to hell when I asked for a refund

I paid $60 about a week ago and I’ve seen zero results, zero statistics, and gotten zero communication. It’s supposed to be a six week ad.

Playlist Booker is horrible to deal with. They had no problem taking my money to for a YouTube campaign and never did. I asked them on several occasions to refund my money if they weren’t going to run the campaign. I must say, I have never dealt with a business that is this unresponsive and unprofessional.
No campaign…No refund!

I spent thousands of dollars to have my tracks taken off of Spotify and they didn’t even have enough bots to accommodate the number of listens they said would occur. You will lose your music DONT LOSE YOUR ART FOR THIS CORRUPT BOT SYSTEM.

Bot merchants, steer clear!! Used them recently and got fined by Spotify for fake streams…

They put us on one playlist a week ago that said 19k followers. When I went to the playlist it said 0 following. I have tried contacting them multiple time with no reply. Out of everyone I've use for promotion so far, these guys have been the worse. Feeling like a scam to me. That was a waste of $70
