Stay away from this casino. I made a deposit using their bonus. Was lucky and made some nice wins early on, followed all the bonus rules presisely. Then after the bonus was finished and the money/winnings was converted to real money I won a gigantic 69000X win, and I have been trying to withdraw my winnings ever since. They just give me the same answer. That they're on my case and will get back to me. I have provided them with all necessarry documents too. Now they also stopped providing services in my country which also seems scetchy. Thei casino and tech works fine and seems legit, but I wouldn't trust them with your money, not Genesis either if this is how its ran. Hope they will resolve my issue ASAP.

SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY
I have been waiting almost 2 months my withdrawal of 7373€. They are not paying anything and stopped replying to my emails. Earlier they just kept saying be patience and they will contact another department to verify my documents. The other department never contacted me. They take your money and there has been several cases like this!
It has been 9 weeks now and still I have not received my withdrawal. They are not replying my emails etc.
Earlier they came up with different excuses to send different documents and nothing happens. All forums are full of their scammings!!! Do give them any of your money! If you win you will not get it back. I am hiring a local Maltese lawyer to assist me.

Initial payment ISSUE…
I had issues with my initial payment method due to my bank. When contacting support I was very pleasantly welcomed and helped over several chats. Do not use this website!!! I have been trying to receive my withdrawal for the past 2 and a half month! With no success. I have sent them all documents that they also "forgot" to email me about! They don't email you about anything! I have been on to VIP manager, online chat and complaints department and none of them know where my documents are how long more it will take they have nothing all they say is please be patient and this is not the right department! They refuse to give out emails to the "right department" and apparently they don't even have their contacts. I received an Email informing me my attempt to capture a pic of my driver's license was apparently blurred..maybe due to my old hands shaking. Revisiting the casino I was unable to upload any more docs, because it was under review, even though mail informed me otherwise. Confusing.
Carla's invaluable assistance in live chat straightened the matter out by providing an e-mail address to forward docs and I'm waiting confirmation. Perhaps your site could provide an alternate means for doc download?
So, as a online casino player for some years I can say for you being a new casino, I'm impressed with the speed and efficiency, and some luck. Your only review I could find online indicated lengthy cash outs, which would be unfortunate. I used debit to deposit, and see other casinos have adopted a 24hr cash out with this method. Might be smart to follow this example, as nothing is more frustrating than having a win and having to jump through hoops to get it. Given security precautions,this issue is likely redundant.
Overall I'd give your casino a 41/2 out of 5 which is saying something for the dozens of casinos I've played.
