They scammed me I won the game and they never paid out

When I tell you it’s hell… it’s worse. After winning 500$ and losing approximately 150$ my parlays for COD were taken away as which I was told they were “changing the service fee” I said okay that sounds okay, went to go withdrawal 300$ to my PayPal and selected the 9.00$ fee to get it within two days, two days go by and they decline my transaction and locked my account. They said I was being banned from the app for “skill misrepresentation” or in other words they said I was “sand bagging” all of my games to get better odds. I like to say I wasn’t doing that as regular COD resurgence can get pretty sweaty especially when they want you to hit 13+ kills and top 3 to win. So I was losing… on bets that I was spending 5$ on everytime. I lost approximately 30 bets, won 7. When I won my first bet for 101$ it was for 6+ kills, top ten, and 1 contract. The very next bet they gave me was 3+ kills, top ten, and 1 contract. I hit both of those and they said I was sandbagging after going on a losing streak for 10 bets. They initially said all I would get refunded was my first deposit, that was the first lie. Then they told me that all of the money that I won would be deleted along with my account. After I fought with them and threatened a lawsuit with other creators and threatened to post to tik tok all of the screenshot messages they proceeded to unlock my account and let me withdrawal 200 of the 300$ I had because they said the other 100$ was already transferred back to me. The 100$ showed up as processing in my bank account and then disappeared the next day. The 200$ was being withdrawal through PayPal and was excepted within 10 minutes. They kept telling me the whole time the decision was final but they were able to unlock my account to let me get my money out after threats of a lawsuit over theft/fraud. Moral of the story, I still never got the full 300$, I am grateful to not have gotten completely screwed but they still banned me, and stole 100$ which was being processed through my bank account. There is definitely picking and choosing going on with who they let get money and who they don’t. I would not recommend this app to anyone trying to make quick money, you will be lucky to be able to see your money. This all happened within a week of me downloading and doing as the app instructed. I will be pursuing legal action for fraud, I have a few creators joining with me in doing so. Please be careful when using this app, not worth it. My lawyer is looking for more people have been wrongly banned or had there money disappear from their accounts.

It's crazy how 1 minute your on a winning streak, then the next they are saying you lost the game even tho you won. They then start sending messages saying your video was corrupted, so with that they take the money you better with from you and give you the loss and there's nothing tou can do about it, when you complain to customer support they just say. The file was corrupted and your out of your money just like that. Even tho your videos of you winning are right there on your twitch...they will say its corrupted and take your money its feels like a scam with players lounge

All I can tell you is my experience and what I hear from others. NEVER try this app you would have better odds betting on sports or casino. At least betting on that you at least get your money back plus profit if you win. On this app you bet $1 you get 0.77 back, plus there is a fee to bet, a $5.00 fee to withdraw money (if you can even withdraw) they never let me there is always an excuse. How do you bet on something if you don’t even get your money back plus profit? You will never be up money bet $1 you should get $1 back plus profit at least not just 0.77

The only way you could be up is if you are really good and get many kills per game, but even then I heard they just ban you for no reason and take the money anyways. If you try this app good luck, I’m saying DON’T TRY THIS APP

They stole my money and locked my account for no reason had won 200+ then they locked me out can’t even contact support

Won around $900 wouldn’t pay out now not messaging. Total scam app. Also throttled my bets from 25$ to 5$ after winning two 5kills and win the match in duos. Do not use this app it’s phony

An investigation is underway to collect as much evidence that will allow a lawsuit to help pay back all who have been scammed. Names involved with development will be held accountable.

Watched them block my mom after creating an account didn’t state a reason didn’t get to even deposit the first deposit just blocked ! Luka just said we’re just not having this and admitted he didn’t notice any fraudulent information presented ?? Need to hire more staff if they’re stressed out that bad

I was told I used someone else’s ID and when I sent proof who I was, I was blocked. Strangest thing I have ever experienced. No explanation or anything.

I want to share my frustrating experience with Players’ Lounge to warn others who may be considering using this platform. Here’s what happened:

I was drawn in by their 100% deposit match promotion for first-time users. I deposited $100, expecting the promised match to be credited to my account. However, I didn’t receive the bonus and reached out to support for clarification. Initially, they told me the match had a $50 maximum, which contradicted the “100% match” advertised. When I pushed back, they claimed the bonus would only be applied after I spent my deposit. This made no sense, as users who win their games wouldn’t even spend their full deposit, making the match practically unattainable.

This policy is misleading and dishonest. Nowhere in their promotion did they disclose this condition, and it feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to lure in new users. To make matters worse, when I asked for further clarification, support stopped responding altogether.

After researching the platform further, I discovered the following red flags:
1. Mixed Reviews: Many users have reported issues with promotions, payouts, and transparency.
2. F Rating from the BBB: The Better Business Bureau has given Players’ Lounge an F rating due to unresolved complaints.
3. Shady Practices: Their bonus system seems designed to confuse users and make it difficult to claim what is rightfully promised.

If you’re thinking of trying Players’ Lounge, I urge you to think twice. This experience has left me feeling scammed, and the lack of accountability from their support team only reinforces my concerns. I’ll be filing formal complaints with consumer protection organizations, as this platform’s behavior borders on fraudulent.

In the meantime, I wanted to share my experience here to help others avoid making the same mistake. Use this platform at your own risk, and if you do, make sure to document everything—screenshots, communications, and transactions. Trust is earned, and unfortunately, Players’ Lounge has failed to earn mine.

Scam ! They Will Allow To Lose All You Want. But soon as you win a few bets they will locked your account with no explanation and take all your money. Please don’t waste your time with player lounge.

A scam my player made every singe shot on 2k25

I deposited money into my account on the Players' Lounge app. They have completely froze my account and froze withdrawals so I cannot take my money out of the account. I have contacted multiple support agents and asked them why my account is frozen, and to please release my money so I can withdraw it out of the account. Every support agent will not give me a reason why the account is frozen, and will not release my money. After doing some research on the company
"Players' Lounge" on Better Business Bureau, and Trust Pilot, as well as the app store. This same scenario has happened to many others. This company is an existing scam. They allow you to deposit money, to wager on video game performance of yourself playing, but as soon as you win, they lock your account and take your money. I have all of my gameplay recorded as proof that I did not cheat or do anything wrong or against terms of service, however the support agents do not care. They give zero reason as to why they have froze my account and taken my money. Scam
If you are losing, they will let you keep depositing money. As soon as you win, they LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND DONT LET YOU WITHDRAW. With zero reasoning. No one in support will tell you why. I was not cheating. All my gameplay is live-streamed and recorded on twitch. This is a full on scam and I don't know how they are still in business. They should be and will be shut down soon for STEALING AND FRAUD.

This had to be the worse company ever . I was winning games they would then say that somthing went wrong with the recording and they didnt even watch them so they were marked as a loss ….. they would them go on to say that i wouldn't get a refund … this fraud and im surprised there isnt a class action lawsuit against them yet …
