Made 2 purchases. Accepted payment and said that the order was processed and sent out but would never give out a tracking number despite being asked countless times. Etsy ended up giving me a refund for both items as Player Prep decided to close their Etsy shop without prior warning and without sending me my personalised products.
AVOID at all costs. Player Prep is a scammer.

6 weeks later and I am still without the personalised captains armband that I ordered. I have contacted several times and even been given a "tracking number" (although it doesnt register on Royal Mail). Now not receiving any replies to my contact and no sign of product or the refund I requested. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Awful
Very quick to send an invoice, very quick to insist on payment...then no correspondence. Phone number doesn't exist, emails are ignored, no way of contacting company 2½ weeks and still nothing
