Refused to loot chest after run (…

Refused to loot chest after run ( dungeon drops a very useful trinket for many classes) contacted support with no resolution. The runs were good and they did higher level than what was purchased but I would have rather had the loot.

Frustrating on many levels

I purchased a 6 M+ package and the team decided to do +4... out of the 6 we couldnt come close to making time in any of them.
The first dungeon 2 of the group had connection issues and kept disconnecting.
The group seemed knowledgeable to the fights but then again we only ran 1 of the new content dungeon... also the group had no other armor classes to help with loot upgrades.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. In December 2023 I purchased a mount farm (Reins of the Liberated Slyvern). From the beginning, I encountered issues with authentication, which I had to request every time. Despite my repeated inquiries, my character got moved to farm the mount only for two days and then it stopped for months. I complained multiple times and they told me they were going to speak with the booster. Once, they even sent me a fake screenshot. They aplogized and changed my booster. The same happened with the new booster, my character was moved to farm the mount for two days and then it stopped again for months. I lost count of how many times I contacted them to ask them to do their job and they were apologizing every time (and every time they were telling me that they were going to email me with the updates, which they never did). After 8 months, they sent me an email stating that it was too late to farm the mount (of course, they never did over the previous 8 months) and that they were going to refund me. Terrible service and terrible customer service.

Runs were promised...

A run was promised. Then it fell through.
A replacement run was promised. Then it fell through.
Another replacement run was promised. Then it fell through.
Finally, I had to ask for my money back.
I have had many good runs with Playcarry, but this was a disaster.
It was not a series of boo-boos.
Sadly, this was incompetence.
Very disappointed.

We weren’t able to get a mythic kill on…

We weren’t able to get a mythic kill on Sarkareth, but was able to get into a heroic kill. The item I had been after for some time finally dropped at the end of the xpac, but it’s been a stellar experience using them. I know I wasn’t easy to deal with at times.
