This product was really a 5/5 until I bought a iPhone 13 pro. I don’t think I would’ve minded needing the attachment piece but I owned it for 2 weeks before I got the new phone. So, that’s partly my fault for not waiting. I waited for about 2 months to get attachment from Backbone. I should have found it for sale sooner online from Etsy or something. Regardless, it still doesn’t fit as well as it did on my iPhone 11. And I feel like it scratches my camera lens every time I put it on. I love the controller but between having to take off the case, my lens cover, needing an attachment and still not a perfect fit, it’s just not a perfect product for me anymore. This is a perfect product and worth the money to right person though.

The new adapter fits my iPhone 13 pro max like a glove. Well worth the wait!

I feel like the joysticks are to sloppy that's the only thing I don't like about it other then that I think it's the best iphone controller out there. Has a snug fit and the app is nice as well.

The backbone controller is hands down the controller to have for mobile gaming. It’s not only hardware that makes it so great but the dedicated app for it is just amazing as well. There was an issue with the camera bump on the latest iPhone models but bsckbone had a solution for it with their adapter to make the phone fit. This company cares about their product but they care more in taking care of their customers. I Highly recommend getting a controller from them if you own an iPhone and are big into mobile gaming. You will not go wrong.

Hands down the best iOS controller out there. Just got my adapter for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it’s perfect.

Love the Backbone! The fact that they put the extra cost into quickly creating, and supplying an adaptor for the iPhone 13 Pro, at no additional cost is exemplary service. Get one!

Cloud gaming off Xbox is slightly laggy. I understand that it’s still a beta but that’s something they need to fix. Makes it hard to play games like Forza and Skyrim where you need it to be as quick as your own reflexes. Works great with games off the App Store though, like COD mobile.

It’s been almost 2 months since I bought the product and I’m not able to use it yet cause u haven’t sent the adapter for iPhone 13 pro max yet..

The backbone is an amazing accessory and he has so much potential, once for the down the line Internet is faster I can only imagine how amazing the cloud-based gaming can be. I just wish that I was able to play NBA 2K 22 on my phone with Backbone off of my Xbox playing remotely. But nonetheless it’s an amazing

My internet isn’t the greatest so I’m not getting the full experience but this thing is still great!

I love this thing! It makes gaming so much fun. Their customer service is also fantastic. One of my keys stopped working and they sent me a replacement promptly. The only thing I wish is that you guys would make a case so I can travel confidently with my backbone!

The offer for 3 months of game pass was invalid because i am not a new user. That is
Like $45 dollars worth that cannot be used. The deal doesnt make sense because xbox game pass already gives you $1 dollars/month if u a new user so in reality if u are a new game pass user you only saving $3 dollars not $45 like advertise. Buy the razer kishii instead

I would have preferred to have the iPhone 13 pro max adapter ship at the same time. Im glad the backbone shipped quick, but I would have rather waited 3-4 weeks to have them together. Now I’m stuck here starring at my backbone.

The backbone device is really cool to have as a gamer on the go… I would’ve gave you guys 5 star but I’m still waiting for my iPhone 13 pro max attachment it been almost 6 weeks for me and I still haven’t got any emails about it…

Sometimes my connection between the backbone device and my iPhone does work…I would have to unplug my iPhone from the backbone to get it to reconnect I’ve had to does this several times since purchasing the backbone…It a great device when it works Love it, I play with it everyday, this going to be the future of gaming

Great product once you strip your device down to its bare minimum. The product does not allow the user to have any kind of case or cover on their phone while using it.

While using the device with the IPhone 12 Pro Max, it scratches the one camera wheel.

When it comes to using the product for games and actual use, I can’t find any faults. Nice button layout and crisp feel make games feel like they were designed for the controller.

Backbone One has exceeded my expectations. It feels and handles exactly like the best console controllers. There's no lag, it's super responsive, and the functionality and feel of the buttons is perfect.

The backbone app interface is super simple and connects to all my xbox, ps5, and apple arcade games with ease.

In some ways it's also made just dropping into games for short periods of time anywhere in my house, or anywhere I go, really easy. i love that about it.

I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The Backbone feels like an absolutely premium device and feels great and natural in your hands. It arrived quickly and worked incredibly well straight out of the box
