26 deposit losing streak. Thousands of dollars spent. Could not even get any hits. Maximum hit was 6$ on a 6 dollar bet. Something wrong with them. Tried in the day and evening, tried restarting, nothing would work to get a hit. 6 days of depositing and not even a single hit that was more than my bet. That's pretty bad. Not sure how the site works or what times and days it's operational. I left them a review before so I think they were angry over it and made my account to only lose. We are talking thousands of spins and could not get anything, nothing. Before my review I could get some hits, after it, nothing. Play Alberta had the review taken down, so not sure what their problem still was. I would stay away from them. I deleted my account. Never going back there. Don't leave reviews with the same email you use at play alberta or you will also get punished.

I understand that gambling is not always profitable nor do I choose it to be. Being a mature responsible adult I'm aware of the risks of gambling and you're not going to win every time? But here at playalberta.ca, you're chance of winning is about 99.5 %?
I have played on some other gambling site and won my money back and hit a few jackpots! But at playalberta.ca, that's nearly impossible! I'm not a sore loser, I just like the playing field to be fair! At playalberta.ca it's not!
And if you do win, like I did one time awhile back. The hassle of getting your winnings was horrible, and downright demeaning making you feel like you cheated them and they make you go through hoop after hoop to get your winnings. Very bad experience :(.

What a joke for a casino and sports book. Don't even consider it

This is honestly the worst online website you can play at. The agents are incompetent, outsourced and have no idea what they’re talking about. Agent by the name of Nicholas literally lied to me, and now the entire call center has been giving me the run around. Their games would change screens after coming to a complete stop. When you contact support they parrot the same things like they are robots, and say they have no records of any conversations. Then when I offered to provide screenshots (after being told to do so)- you’re being abusive I will end this conversation. This is their go to- like people are supposed to be kind to incompetence and deception. Outsourced management while doing location checks on us. PlayAlberta is grease fire.

Play Alberta is the most rigged gambling site there is! You can literally lose 15 hands in a row on blackjack.. How is that even possible... Do not waste your time and money on this game.. You WILL NOT win! The math does not add up percentage wise 🙄

First of all - bad customer service. Very slow, with unclear ambiguous answers either they don’t care or reps are talking to 10 people at a time.

Second of all you rarely win here. My bigeest withdrawal was 1000$ on a 100$ deposit and that was over a year ago, by by the time they have gotten it all back 3 times over. Bonuses
Rarely hit on slots, and I mean really rarely and when they do they even more rarely pay more than what you’ve put in. If you do manage to win a decent amount cash out and don’t come back for slots again, they will make sure they get that money back. The only reason I am keep the account active (with deposit limit) is to buy lotto tickets and maybe occasionally sports betting.

Thank goodness I never deposited money to get on the Oilers. I was mulling over to bet on the SC Finals Oilers outright win when I read the reviews of PlayAlberta. Yes, it is true. If you deposit $1000.00, then you cannot ever get that deposit back, it is theirs forever. You can withdraw the winnings however but you lose your deposit for good. They try and use some money laundering excuse which is baloney. Thank goodness I listened to the reviews. I immediately canceled my account and thanked my lucky stars. Imagine going to a casino, and never being able to withdraw your initial deposit but only your winnings? This is a scam and criminal and I told that agent so.

Play Alberta or nothing but crooks. They've owed me money now for 3 months over a hockey game that I proved to them was a winner and they said it was a loser. Even their agent said it was a winner and still wasn't paid. And also I figured out that there's an algorithm in their e-soccor that's designed to take your money so that they only have to pay out the least amount of money and I turn makes you lose , their e-sports are fixed when I can prove this there'd be a huge lawsuit against play Alberta and I'm working on it as we speak, also on e-soccor the odds and their scores don't match in real time and Fk you over when placing bets.

Whether it's brick and motor or online, Blackjack is my jam. So after a while, I tend to notice things. Nuances, minor discrepancies, and the like. With Play Alberta, none of that matters because it's so obviously rigged.
The only winning streak I ever enjoyed during the short time I play on their site was when I was using their phoney-baloney bonus dollars. But as soon as I read the TAC and learned that bonus dollars are basically anti-dollars and canceled the promotion, the hands became unwinnable. With me getting 12 or 13 with a ten to bust, or 18 to 19 with dealer getting 20-21, everytime.
Statistically, the dealer's luck would be similar to winning lotto max 2 weeks in a row.

They should be investigated but I won't be holding my breath

Placed a live bet early in a game of the world juniors and my team came back to win. Playalberta then cancelled the bet and provided no explanation. Multiple “tickets” opened and one online rep said they would escalate it to senior management. Nothing.
Also the odds are considerably worse than other sites.

Terrible games. Extremely LOW payouts. The withdrawal process is not fast.

Play somewhere else if you want reasonably quick payouts. Play Alberta is super slow to pay out. However, taking your money is super fast...

have been using the site since it was available. Then bang I can not use my debit card or any other card. a that was more than15 days ago still can't use the site asked them to close everything and of course they have not, worried data is being sold by them now, closing an account takes 5 mins but still no response from them. Have they been hacked and are not telling the public

This site is a joke, if you win on a bonus say $1000 dollars you need to spend $10000 to cash it out, they ban your bank card for no reason. Their customer service is horrible. There had been issues for the better part of this month and all of them were auto functions that have f'ed my account.
