I am a very happy customer!! Hoping to win big.
I have played at this casino for over three years and at least four times a week. I have only ever before been offered a cash bonus once and was grateful for it. That was quite a while ago. Well on the May 12,2023 in the notification box that pops up when you sign in usually there was a summer bonus of 30$ playing money so I clicked on the redeem button and it came up that it was expired. I had already signed in once before that day about a half hour before this and this was not in the notification box so when it did pop up I was playing and I noticed it switched to two messages instead of the one it was on before. So I went into notifications and this was within five minutes of it showing up in my box.
I wrote the support team and explained what happened and that the notification also said that it did not expire until the 18th of May and that it should not be expired when I went to claim it because of the timing of the notification and me trying to redeem it was within five minutes of it showing up. They wrote me back and asked if I could send them a screenshot, so I did. Then they wrote back and said that the 18th was just the date of expiration of the promotion but that I had to claim it within two days of it showing up in the notifications and I thought well yes I had done that obviously. Five minutes and two days that is a big difference right?
So then I checked my email because usually I get a daily promotion email in my mail and there was one there that said summer bonus and it was sent to me at 7:10 pm on the 11th of May and the second email that I sent to them including the first screen shot and a copy of the email I was sending at 6:06 AM of the 13th so still two days had not passed since receiving the email either and they still now have just ignored that email and two others saying look this it the email i got so both times trying to claim it was much less than two days passed and they both said expired and now they will not even answer me.
A very regular customer of this casino and spent thousands and thousands of dollars and they will not honor a promotion that I did try to redeem in the time frame specified. I find this insulting and very
ridiculous over 30$ and to just ignore me now like they said their bit once to me and it was not even justified and that was that.
I have not very often even won enough to cash out there but still play because I like the games and the promos but not any more if they are not going to honor such a small prize for years of being a loyal player there. I would include screenshots of the proof I provided them but the copy and paste will not work here. Just a follow up they did honor this on May 14th 2024 thank you so all in all a great casino to play at and I will continue now. New follow up. I was told that it had been manually credited to my account. So am pleased to change my comments. Five stars for actually doing the right thing Thank you to 777/888 casinos
