Awful after sales service. I have left review before and they had solicitors email telling me not to leave a review. They eventually took van back but lost £1700 plus inspection costs. I had it looked at by an independent car inspector. They found several issues that although expected for age were there at time of sale. Report stated advised not to drive. Company told me as expected vehicle for an 11 year old vehicle. The back door was not shutting properly. Was told not in inform DVLA that I had handed vehicle back they would deal with it. When I had hold of part of dvla they called my husband demanding if I did not hand form over they would start deducting money from the pittance they offered to buy back.I then again had solicitor email. I have since spoken with DVLA that told me my rights and reported to citizens advice who have passed to trading standards. Yes they will come back at me on here but I can leave a review it’s not illegal.
