Placed an order with platinum seed bank to the uk, it didn’t arrive, I tried to contact the postal company however they was no good, I thought I’d give it a go contacting platinum to see if there was anything they could do even though they state they will not be responsible for lost packages. The customer service i received back was amazing, they replied straight away, without any hesitation sending my order out again, i received this quicker than expected, even sent a complimentary seed. Thanks guys!

Platinum is the #1 seed bank in my eyes they have some of the best customer service ever. There response time is very rapid I had a issue with the wrong freebie which wasn’t a biggie but they made things right the moment I told them the problem. I promise they won’t let you down if there’s ever a problem they’ll try there best to fix it.

What can i say my package hasn't even arrived yet but i had to put 1 up just for customer service these guys are great i had a problem with my country's postage and we found an easy solution without any stress. I tried a couple other sites but no-one wanted a bar of it can not wait for my package to arrive im sure ill be back on here with another 5 star review.

Made my first order. Paid by cc. then received a document to sign electronically. I was a little suspicious,but complied. All good.
Received tracking number. After a few days, tracking number was not on USPS tracking or AusPost's system. Eventually, order arrived with everything intact.
Very impressed with packaging although not as stealthy as I would like. Site is expensive, especially postage, however, good range of product. Staff were very helpful and prompt. (via email)
Negatives are that the website is not up to date with stock levels & single units (pick & mix) is not available.
Overall, very impressed....I'll be back!

I had recently placed and order with platinum and when I received the order my high priced seeds were not in the box they should have been in! What a nightmare! I instantly contacted platinum and the manager\owner? Of the company and and one customer service rep got on the issue right away. The breeder wasn’t able to help or didn’t feel the need to, platinum jumped on the correction and got my missing seeds reshipped and sent me a couple more freebies for the mess up. Platinum for life ! You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered a couple packs and only one came in so I sent an email asking about it. Turns out they didn't have it in stock anymore so they asked me if I'd rather have a different one. When the pack finally arrived I realized they had thrown in 3 extra seed packs for the trouble. I really appreciate the customer service and will be ordering again soon.

Out of all of the seedbanks that I've bought from and I've spent a lot of money on beans these guys go above and beyond i mean I change my mind and cancel orders like it's no one's business and they have all the patients in the world for me. I sent money in the mail a month and a half ago and because I've been waiting so long they went and shipped it to me before they money was confirmed ( had a tracking number)

They offer 20% off for crypto purchases which is the best discount I’ve seen around and the freebies have been plentiful. Shipping is typically prompt and always discreet - order with confidence.

I always read 4 and 5 star reviews left by people who never had a problem with their order. Well tbh, this 5 star review will be a little different. I placed an order during the choas of 420 sales that exploded online. I was a little worried after a few days because it was my first time ordering from platinum and I didn't hear anything from them to confirm my order. I messaged them on IG and almost immediately was contacted by them and they confirmed my order for me. It wasn't their fault at all, but they treated it like it was and that was very reassuring, shortly after that I received shipping confirmation. Its times like these that show a seed banks true character. And truthfully, my order will arrive within reasonable time relative to my purchase. Great experience even though I messed up on my end and mailed my payment to the wrong postal code.... they STILL held my order and wrote me bk immediately to let me know that they would work me to still get my order paid and sent! Owner was awesome and really nice.

Ordered twice from them.

First time it took 3 weeks for post to arrive, it very stealthy packaging, they didn’t seem to be that helpful on the phone.

Second time I was told i could buy 5 autos and get 5 autos free and then freebies on top!

My order took one month exactly, had 5 autos only and 3 freebies the order cost me £100 in total, but of a rip off!

Stay away from the US if you’re in the U.K.

Just use homeland dispensaries, less hassle and far more helpful!
