Absolutely awful do not trust them and I felt discriminated against just because of language barrier

I always thought arranging a will would be a long winded and complicated process, however, Joanne was very warm, professional and clear in explaining all the different options available to us. Any questions we had she was able to answer. It was a real eye opener for my husband and I at what could happen should we not have a will in place. Once we decided on the right product for us, everything was arranged very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Platinum Planning.

I had been putting this off for a while tried a local solicitor whom quite frankly confused me & wanted payment up front & I felt was going to be over charged. I was then recommend to try Platinum Planning, Simon was professional & put me at ease explaining in plain English what would be best for me no pressure, selling he subsequently sorted out my will, we put a trust & lasting power of attorney into place also, this has put my mind at ease & good value for money not like the solicitor was going to charge, would highly recommend.

What a wonderful service, l have a elderly uncle, who is deaf, leigh came to uncles home to write a will and funeral arrangements. Leigh was fantastic at explaining to my uncle what was required of him, answered all his questions and left my uncle with no doubts. Great service. Quick response. Came to the house and maintained social distancing because my father didn’t want to discuss personal details over the phone. I had a recent shocking experience with a solicitor (re: last will and testament) so bad I went to the other side of the city to find a new service. I used a service finder website and within minutes Leigh of Platinum Planning 07795816174 rang me, had a good chat and arranged an appointment! I have to say I was blessed that he got there first. Very professional but also kind considerate and empathetic. Great prices and it is inspiring to see a business providing a service for less than half the cost than anywhere that I can find. Leigh came to my house and explained the will process. He was very polite and proffessional. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and it was like talking to a friend but while being proffessional.
