Easy Ticket Purchase

Easy registration. App was user friendly. Convenient in a sense that you dont have to carry physical tickets which can be easily damaged or lost.

Platinumlist keeps 5% of refunded tickets

The Tarkan concert was cancelled because of current events but instead of refunding us in full, Platinumlist kept AED 160 which was 5% of the tickets price.
This is outrageous. We would have understood a token fee of AED 10 or 20 but AED 160 is way higher than their actual costs, Do not buy tickets through Platinumlist.

Very disappointing experience related…

Very disappointing experience related to the refund for Hyperound KFest. The event was officially cancelled on 26 March 2026, and the email said it would take 21 days for the refund to be processed automatically via the original payment method. I received an email last 28 April 2026 that I have been refunded and to my surprise, they mention in their email that I have to wait another 7-14 days for the refund to be appear in my account. I asked my bank if this was even initiated at all and if it was just a matter of waiting for the money to be credited, but they confirmed that no such initiation was done. It is now 7 May 2026 and still no signs of a refund. While I do understand they said 7-14 days in their second email, it simply does not seem reasonable for me to wait any further. I have been contacting their customer service, but I do not find the responses very helpful in tracking the refund. I can compare with another ticketing website where I bought a ticket for the same event, and they completed the refund within 21 days, so I simply cannot wrap my head around why it is taking PlatinumList this much time if the refund is supposed to be processed “automatically”. I hope they take the necessary actions to ensure that refunds are completed within a more reasonable timeframe.

disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Platinumlist.
I purchased tickets for a Soho Garden event in Dubai (Charlotte de Witte, April 11, 2026). The event was later officially rescheduled to December 4, 2026, and it was clearly communicated that refunds would be available via Platinumlist.
Based on this, I requested a refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups and being told that the refund would be processed within 7–14 days, I have still not received any payment.
I have contacted their support several times and even sent multiple reminders, but the issue remains unresolved. This lack of follow-through on a confirmed refund is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
As a customer, I expected a reliable and transparent service, especially when a refund has been clearly promised. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing tickets through this platform.

Very disappointed with my experience…

Very disappointed with my experience with Platinumlist.

My refund request was submitted on 17 March, and now almost two months have passed with no proper resolution. The ceremony was canceled by the organizer, yet I still have not received my full refund.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I paid an extra 60 QAR per ticket for the refund option at the time of purchase, but a deduction was still applied. I also contacted support several times, and the communication has been unclear and unhelpful with always providinga wrong ARN for refund process.

This does not feel fair or transparent. Customers should not be charged extra for refund protection and then face delays, deductions, and poor support when an event is canceled.

Quick and Easy Booking

Easy booking process with accurate seating map and booking conditions. It would be better if they showed pictures of the actual seat map so we can gauge how the view would be from different seats, and also I don't like the fact that I need to download the app to be able to use my tickets.
