I bought tickets for Rami Sabri and…

I bought tickets for Rami Sabri and Maha Fatoni in world trade center , the concert must start at 8 pm , but unfortunately I paid for DJ mixada instead of the concert, they didn't start only at 9:44 pm, it's actually a cheating , sorry to put even one star. The fault is you accept an untrustable organizer for a concert.

I bought ticket to Nurlan Saburov…

I bought ticket to Nurlan Saburov concert which was cancelled. And my cart was canceled before. I asked them to refund to my other account. Which they refused. And asking me to get letter which is possible only if I visits bank and get it. Which is not possible during work hours. I’m running after them to get my money back

We confirm that your ticket for the Nurlan Saburov concert has already been refunded. We also shared the RRN (Refund Reference Number) with you, which allows your bank to track and confirm the transaction. Sometimes refunds do not trigger notifications on the bank side, which is why it may not be immediately visible in your account.

Regarding your request to redirect the refund to a different account, unfortunately refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. This is a strict banking regulation to ensure payment security and prevent fraud, and it is outside of our control.

We understand that obtaining a letter from the bank can be inconvenient during work hours, but this is the only way for your bank to trace and release the funds if they are delayed. We assure you we’ve already provided all necessary details from our side to make this process as smooth as possible.

Fraud company, harassment of customers

These are a fraud, scam company that needs to be investigated. The customer service rep Mohab is a harasser, and is mentally sick. He harassed me for 11/2 hours straight without addressing my issue. This man needs help as after a point I was messaging him just to se how much he enjoys torturing customers. He himself says it was his pleasure at the end.

My issue: I’ve been trying to book tickets for weeks. Email reps did not solve my problem and gave me multiple reasons instead. Then I was told to contact via WhatsApp. By then my payment to book any tickets are not going through. Yet they don’t realize and keep insisting I book more expensive seats since the cheaper ones sold out due to them not responding for weeks on end. I refuse to pay extra and tell them to price adjust. That’s where Mohab came in and well I don’t have anything good to say about him. His behavior would get him banned from working again in most other countries. This company is a SCAM for keeping guys like Mohab and anyone who chats with him will know what I mean.

Platinumlist still has not responded see to my wattsapp message via their manager nor price adjusted tickets.

Total SCAMS

Total SCAMS. Tried ordering concert tickets to Shreya Ghishal concert in Dubai and payment and multiple credit cards wouldn't go through. Their customer service did not even address the real problem and stalled for 3 weeks by which the section 1 tickets sold out. I told them they needed to give me the next section tickets at the same cost since this was not my fault. No response! Shameful! The customer service, weather email, phone or watts app show no regard to actually solve customers issues, they treat you like a joke! I spent over 2 hours daily for three weeks to try to get the concert tickets and now they are just ghosting me. One told me to just pay more (double the price for the next category)- this answer just shows their ignorance since my payment for any category is not going through and how unjust these people are- they should honor the original price for me as its not my fault Platinumlist did not address my problem in THREE weeks!
