John at Platinum is an outstanding guy, I cannot praise him enough, he bent over backwards & sideways to make sure this deal worked when a finance company made mistake after mistake, john was constantly dealing with them and updating me all the way he and his staff even stayed after hours to make sure I got my vehicle ... Recently bought a car from platinum. John was very helpful even when i hadnt called ahead and turned up without an appointment. The car was exactly as desrcibed and photographed if not in better condition than shown. I had a small issue with the car a few weeks later and john was only a phone call away to get it rectified, even with it being so close to chirstmas they got my car in and out and in no time even offering a courtesy car for the duration my car was in, john kept in constant contact keeping me updated. Excellent service I would definitely buy again and recommend to other people.

John is a great, professional salesman and gives wonderful customer service!
I saw the car I liked online and, after chatting to John, bought the car unseen (as we live 187 miles away) and he arranged delivery.
There have been a couple of niggles with the car but they have been sorted swiftly and amicably.
