I ordered for two box of bd alcohol swab contain 100 each.l wonder when I get only two swab.platinex charged for these two swab rupees 570 in their bill.i complain about this fraud on customer care.but no response.in this way this is a cheater company.my advise do not orde to this fraud company

I tried to get into my account, but I couldn't. The page said there was no such email, but relax, no problem, I just misspelled it. I've tried the correct email with the right password, no luck. OK, then I must have written the password wrong (not a bit, but the devil knows), at the bottom after the forgot password it says RESET PASSWORD. So I reset it. But the link I got took me to the account creation. Tried 3 times, nothing. One thing for sure, I reset the account password, forever. I get regular calls from all over the world from them, when I asked one of them to help me with this, he hung up the phone... Total scam! Stay away, I only lost 250 euros, YOU should not pay anything!

Stay away from these people, they will keep everything you deposit with them. Stay well clear. Although I managed to get everything refunded with the help of The Watch Guard .Tech. I hope others would be wise and learnWhen you first open an account with this company they bombard you with calls. They obviously share your details with other investment companies as they also call. I was getting 12-15 calls a day at one point, even at the weekend, trying to get me to invest more and take an account manager, which I refused to do. When I asked to close my account because someone else had managed to withdraw most of my money and had added their email address and phone number to my account, which I can't change back, I can't get hold of anyone. I have emailed, called and used the chat function on the website and keep getting told someone will call me in the next 24 hours. It's been 2 weeks and still no call. Every single employee has a generic "British" name but not one of them has a British accent, so obviously using false names. DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY. I am still trying to get my money back but I don't hold out much hope. But a breakthrough came out when I found TheWatchGuard .tech on trust pilot and he has done a lot for me to get my funds back.

Hang-up the phone and block their phone numbers. They are even threatening you with the Italian mobsters. Sickest service support phone call I ever had!

This"company"took my money because I really believed(what a fool I was😥 )that they can help me to earn.So I sant them 250€ because they really know how to ask for the money,than I spoke with my friend and they told me probably it's some scam.And that's the reality!!Until now I didn't get my money back(I was writing,calling even begging them...but of course thieves never care!!!!)...when I heard that businessman laughed at me even when he knows I am divorced living alone with my small daughter I was in shock!!!...And he was just telling me"you will never see your money again"..what a bad persons you can meet in this bad times!!Please don't make same mistakelike me!!!!Don't trust this company!!PLATINEX=THIEVES!!!!

This company is a total SCAM. Please stay away from this website. They call you incessantly and have no respect for you. They don't process withdrawals at all. I have been at it for 1 month now and can't even take the money out. Please don't trust this company whatsoever. Quick money doesn't happen! Please be safe and put your money elsewhere!
