Plates Vault have been brilliant from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress free. Ordering my new plate was quick and easy, communication was spot on, quality was top notch, and delivery was fast.
What really stood out was their social media, I listed my old plate through them and it sold within a week! They handled everything and connected me with genuine buyers straight away.
It’s rare to find a company with such great personal service. I’ll definitely be recommending Plates Vault and using them again.

I payed for the adverting of my plate which was the £15 one they didn’t post my plate on TikTok first of all that i payed for they repost other peoples plates but mine however they did post my plate on there instagram page once

Would not recommend at all. Honestly don’t like writing negative reviews and I guess everyone has different experiences but really disappointed with what’s gone on. I’ve essentially made a purchase, which started out well, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received the purchase for a while now and have had little to no communication on the status of the purchase.
