Food from hard rock was excellent as always - fresh , all ingredients needed provided and great value for Monday.

Free hard rock bag that came with it has been stolen by my daughter (4) , she loves it.

Not the ideal scenario but the support has been second to none!

I ordered for national burger day but unfortunately they could not fulfill order so they delivered a week later and were promised extras for inconvenience. The extras didn’t arrive but plateaway arranged for me to receive the same order again for free. Excellent service. Thank you.

I have been a loyal customer of Plate away over the past 4 months. The team has been fantastic, meals delivered on time and overall great service. I would recommend to anybody looking to try something new, try a different restaurant or cook a lovely restaurant standard meal.

Burger order came squashed and poorly packaged by Eds Diner. Plateaway immediately reached out to me, sincerely apologized and offered to replace the order for free without any hassle. Brilliant customer service and replacement product was great. Will definitely be using plateaway from now on.

Have used Plateaway several times over the last year and have been really impressed every time. The choice of kits/restaurants is great and their customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with my last order (no fault from Plateaway) and they responded so quickly and were brilliant in helping to resolve with the restaurant. Can't recommend them enough and will continue to order through them in future!

I’ve used Plateaway for takeaway meal kits both in and now sort of out of lockdown.

They have an amazing list of really tasty, interesting and responsible places/restaurants (tried Ceru and Bancone, both delicious!). Also really good prices!

I Had an issue with one of the kits that was completely self caused by and the plate away team couldn’t have responded quicker or done any more (even though I had messed up and there wasn’t an issue). The co founder Lewis even contacted me directly by phone and bent over backwards to fix it.

All in all a great service and great food! Hats off to Plateaway and the Restaurants that work with them. Would recommend and will use again even without lockdown.

Ordered the DIY patty & bun kit. It came so fast, so easy to follow and DELICIOUS. Literally as good if not better than in the restaurant. Such a fun activity to do as a couple of if you want a night in with a twist! Highly recommend

Words cannot express just how pleased I've been with my entire experience at Plateaway.

I recently stumbled across their website after looking for something to celebrate my 30th Birthday. I ordered a few different meal kits from Carluccio's, Hard Rock Cafe and Ed's Diner. After ordering, I decided to email Plateaway to let them know that I needed all the kits to arrive at the same time for my Birthday. Within minutes, I got a telephone call from Emily who couldn't have been more helpful if she tried.

My order arrived the day before my Birthday and I was excited to unpack everything and put it in the fridge for the next day.

Preparation was a breeze and everything was absolutely amazing. I'd really like to thank everyone at Plateaway for a fantastic service and for helping to make my Birthday so enjoyable. I've already ordered again and I'm going to make sure I tell everyone just how great you are!

We ordered the Bancone kit which arrived on time and with super easy instructions. It was delicious!

I was unsure about when my order was arriving as I had accidentally given then my wrong email address so I sent them an email asking them for details and they responded within 5 mins, when parcel arrived I thought one of the ingredients was missing, it wasn’t it was my error, so I sent them another email, again an immediate response, very helpful and very efficient

I had the most wonderful experience with plateaway.
After a slight delivery mix up (my end - not through the service) an incredibly helpful and just lovely customer service team called me to talk through my options. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and were so patient with me.
When I finally got to sit down and enjoy my meal (Taca Tacos) they were absolutely delicious.
Can’t fault the service, delivery, the food, or the customer team.
