Not Sure Ordering From Plastic Bag Partners

Ordered and paid for 5 different samples the end of June 2022. I received 2 of them timely. I called about the other 3 and was told they come from different warehouses they would reach out to them. The beginning of August I still hadn't received them. I then called. I was told they couldn't ship to a P O Box. I provided a street address. I received 1 of them. I still haven't received the other 2 samples. I called the company again and they refunded me for the 2 missing samples. I don't feel comfortable doing a big order for my project, I may not receive the order in time. All savings is not good savings. It's better to pay more and be assured to receive your product than save a few $$$ and left with nothing.

Purchased Produce Bags

I was able to find my favorite produce grocery bags at Plastic Bag Partners, as the local organic grocery store had replaced them with poor quality bags. I now bring them with me to shop for produce, and very pleased with my purchase. Service was good, and shipping was prompt.

Very responsive

Great communications and customer service. They are very responsive to my inventory requests and they shipped the same day as my order. Shipped quickly and sent tracking information right away. I will be a repeat customer.

Tried to logon and it said bad username…

Tried to logon and it said bad username or password. Tried to reset my password....got an email to reset it and that didn't work either.
I finally entered a new email address and password, then ordered with a credit card.
Conclusion:
I think your programmers should really test out the program for potential problems.
