Ordered for a second time from Plaster Covering Ltd and really impressed. Communication really excellent, by telephone and email. Our size of coving wasn't in stock but they were really helpful in finding a solution and didn't cause any delay. Delivery guy was also really nice!

Quality Product Promptly Delivered
We were looking for coving for the sitting room that was more than just the basic curved type. Plaster Coving Ltd offer a huge choice but the website was well laid out and the measurements and design were very clearly presented, which eased the selection process. The coving was delivered by the company's own delivery service ensuring that this delicate product arrived undamaged. Now it is up and painted, the result is stunning. Highly recommended.

I am very sorry about this. I can assure you that this rarely happens but unfortunately due to the nature of the product sometimes the odd chip or crack can occur during transportation. That is why we always send some extra with every order.
In your case the extra might have not been enough to cover the actual damages but we would have been very happy to come and swap the damaged lengths very quickly.
Your order dates back to 6 weeks ago and this is the first time we hear about your trouble.
The paper work you signed at delivery time didn`t report any damages and we never received a call or an email from you to notify us.
At Plaster Coving Ltd we take all customer concerns seriously, but we cannot act on your concern if we are not aware of it.

Lying staff
I ordered Victorian Ogee coving and they clearly sent me the Medium traditional Ogee coving. I called to complain and the lady at the customer service kept making up different stories how they are both the same and that they cut off some of the display picture on their website for the Victorian ogee. I asked why they're priced differently then and she went on to say that it's dependent on what people want, but it's the same thing. Clearly it's a lie as they couldn't supply the coving I ordered. They have packed the wrong coving with the wrong product code and are claiming both the coving types are the same. Will never buy from them again and wouldn't recommend them.

Upon investigation I can confirm that you did indeed receive The Victorian Ogee coving you ordered. Having reviewed all of the relevant paperwork and the calls I can see that this was confirmed verbally with you and is correct on the paper work which you have signed. On further calls the product code as well as the measurements were checked and matched correctly to Victorian Ogee,
There appears to have been a misunderstanding regarding the Victorian Ogee and the Medium Traditional Ogee. They are the same style and profile but the size varies and correspondingly so does the price.
I am sorry you have felt mis-led but I can assure you that we have been transparent throughout our dealings with you and have supplied the correct product at the correct price.
