Really excellent service from PCR! As an Architect, I am impressed with this firms performance. Ordered cornice mouldings for a domestic project- they arrived 8 days later. From Manchester to Aberdeen in the company's own van, carrying their own items- they want to ensure that their cornices and roses are personally delivered. Great communication on their way up by Jason, the van driver, who kept us completely updated during his journey and arrival time. Jason then personally carried the cornice moulding to a safe place in the house.

They were extremely helpful and flexible in their approach, standard delivery was 5-7 days (which is already quite good), but we needed it quicker and they arranged for it to get picked and loaded that afternoon to be with us the next day.

Excellent Experience Overall
Plaster Ceiling Roses were very efficient at sending out samples. We chose the Plaster Coving Swan Neck 100mm MPC065 which was a competitive price and they were happy for me to pick up (to save on postage). If you ring up the company, they can suggest a qualified coving fitter nearest you.
Kirk (coving fitter) was recommended and was very accommodating, making arrangements with us to come round within the week and squeezing us in on a Sunday! (We live near Matlock and he was happy to travel from Birmingham.) The room is pretty big (approx. 6m x 4m) with lots of internal and external corners and, due to its age, the ceilings are not very straight! He arrived on time and we were very impressed that he made a great job, finishing fitting the cornice in only a day. We know how hard it is, having attempted to fit coving in our last house. We had taken down simple coving and are pleased that we changed to this Swan Neck style, the effect which we love and being more fitting to our Victorian house. Very pleased, we will definitely use the company again for another room. Thank you.

If I could give this company 11/10 I would!!
Where to start with this company.. We are currently in the height of renovating our first home together and we weren't entirely happy with our plain coving all around the house that was here when we bought it. I knew from the minute we purchased our house that we wanted to add lots of period features throughout. That's when we came across Plaster Ceiling Roses and my God I am glad we did! We added their absolutely GORGEOUS 125mm swan neck coving into our bedroom and we also added the most beautiful ceiling rose I have ever seen which was called 'Plaster Ceiling Rose Plain Acanthus 610mm MPR061'. I cannot believe the transformation! Not only are their products absolutely fantastic, their customer service team were so helpful, especially when it came down to working out how much coving we would need, and their delivery drivers are just so kind and friendly - shout out to Mark! We are about to start our dressing room renovation next, and without a doubt we will be going through this company again! (Eventually we would love full Plaster Ceiling Roses features in the upstairs of our house!!). Thank you guys for being such a great company - Chloe.

Fantastic service
We had a fantastic service from Lucy , over the phone. She was really helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. Safe delivery by Mark (the following day) who was also very helpful and communicated very clearly re delivery times. The rose came in no time at all and was…
The rose came in no time at all and was really packed well. The mark off was there was a large lump on the back and some parts of the outer edge needed finishing. I have fitted a few of these over the years and this was the first time I had to do fettling on one.
