Zero quality control
Zero quality control.
i understand that things get damaged in transit but when the fitters came to fit the cornicing the quality was absolutely terrible. Some lengths were damaged, but when we open the rest of the packs they were so poorly finished. Dreadful moldings, it was totally unusable. I don’t understand why you would send out such poor a quality product.
They have wasted everyone’s time, my time, their time, the fitters time and my money!
Do not use this company until they employ some quality controller’s.

I ordered a ceiling rose a few days ago, it arrived cracked (due to DPD), I messaged saying it was damaged and within 24 hours I had a new one on the way. Cannot fault them here at all. Will buy from them again

Great delivery service
Anthony called me 30 minutes out from arriving which was nice to get a head's up to be sure I didn't miss my delivery. He was friendly, handing me my rather heavy package rather than leaving it outside on the doorstep, which is what happens with most deliveries.
