Absolutely useless. Cannot correctly identify any plants I have photographed! Shows pics of completely unsimilar plants to my photos. Groan, what a waste of money. And somehow they charged me £29+... See more

If I could give PlantSnap zero stars to I would. They took a subscription payment I didn’t authorise and although I did contact Customer Service they couldn’t care less. Avoid at all costs.
Received email for five free snaps last week. On 28/05/2023 I had to give payment details in case l wanted to carry on. The money was taken from my account straightaway, £19.99. I’ve messaged PlantSna... See more
I’ve had plantsnap for 4 months and it hasn’t managed to identify one single plant or tree successfully in that time. Some of the species I have tried it with are fairly unusual but it’s not even clo... See more
It’s completely rubbish.
It’s completely rubbish.
Can’t even identify a whole host of bizzie lizzies.
I’m really not interested in seeing pictures of other people’s flowers.
Avoid, it’s crap
Inaccurate
Inaccurate. Very poor identification. I have tried ten common plants and everyone has been wrongly identified, not even a close match. Ditch the app.
Inaccurate
App has never correctly identified a plant. Not that easy to use. Pass.

I wish I’d read other reviews first.
Supposedly you can cancel your new 1 yearly subscription within 7 days for a refund - as you are told on subscription.
In fact there is no option on the app to do so subsequently. Email gets no response.
Only thing I can do & did was to cancel Apple subscription auto renewal for 1 year’s time.
rubbish
I tested plantsnap accuracy by entering plants I know and NONE were correctly identified.
Previously while the app was on free trial I tried ones I didn’t know and plantsnap couldn’t even offer a suggestion. I then wasn’t able to cancel the contract and have paid £19.99 !,
PlantSnap 5 free snaps
Received email for five free snaps last week. On 28/05/2023 I had to give payment details in case l wanted to carry on. The money was taken from my account straightaway, £19.99. I’ve messaged PlantSnap twice, both times received an automatic message with no way of actually speaking to any of their LIVE operatives. I cancelled the free trial straightaway but still waiting for my refund.

I purchased this app in the summer of 2022. I tested it on plants I know and it was widely inaccurate. To make matters worse, I have been unable to use the premium version, despite paying for it, and despite several emails to their ‘support’ email. All I receive is the same standard reply.
It has been a total waste of money. Extremely disappointing.
Signed up for a one week free trial
Signed up for a one week free trial. When I tried to cancel, before the trial ended, there is no way to cancel on the website. When you click on “Manage Subscription”, it provide optional plans to pay for the app but none to cancel.
Only recourse at this time is to file a complaint with Apples App Store.
99% Useless
Useless. Took it to a large public garden where everything is marked and it was wildly incorrect in 24 out of 25 tries. Do not buy under any circumstances.
Their technology is terrible
Their technology is terrible. All the reviews are fake! the app can't even recognize the most popular plant. Such a scheme. No wonder how you guys make $60,000 per month for your iOS App.
