The terariym arrived as promised. The packaging was so safe and secure and the item arrived in beautiful condition. The plants and all of the inside rockery was perfect. I ordered the care kit which sadly has not arrived but within minutes of emailing the company Jennifer has sorted everything out and resending a replacement for me. Excellent customer service. As long as the replacement care kit arrives i will certainly use them again. The product is amazing.

The Terrarium arrived in time for the holidays and was made of impeccable materials. It was also packed VERY well so as to avoid any kind of damage. I was quite impressed.

These are very nice! Pricey but if they last long it's worth it in my opinion. Pretty much look exactly as advertised. Plants can get a little smushed in shipping.

Unfortunately didn’t read the reviews prior to ordering. Wanted this as a Xmas present for my wife and paid for express shipping. Ordered on Dec 14 and the site gave the impression that express shipping would deliver the same week. On the 20th, sent an email and let them know that if it’s not going to ship and be here by Xmas, to please refund. They claimed item had already shipped and in transit. Here we are on the 24th and finally received a routing number for a created shipping label, but not shipped yet. They clearly lied to me about the status like they have everyone else.

Got the Zen garden for a holiday present. It's AWESOME. Team was super communicative and checked in every step of the way. Questions were answered, expectations were exceeded. Highly recommend

I was worried my order was not going to arrive by Christmas so I emailed support for status. I received a very quick response assuring me it would arrive on time. I was a bit skeptical because I didn’t have tracking but it arrived the same day. Jennifer from support really seemed to care and everything came as expected!

Such a beautiful item, i was worried that it wouldnt arrive in time for Christmas, but Jennifer was at the end of the emails to put my mind at rest.
I now have to hope i can do the Falling Water justice and look after it.
I would definitely purchase from the Company again, knowing they are always there for the customer.

My wife just loves her Zen garden! Great customer service and communication. Do yourself a favor and order a month in advance of when you want it delivered. Being hand made, it takes a while but it is well, well, well worth the wait! Also, read the FAQ on their website. It has alot of great information that will explain the process in detail.

I reached out to Jennifer with customer support when I was concerned about not receiving the gift for Christmas. She quickly followed up and responded to assure me the order would be delivered on time. She followed up several times and always very prompt! Great support!!

At first concerned with the time for delivery (during the busy holiday season), the terrarium I purchased for my daughter was delivered in perfect condition and is beautiful. The customer service I received overall was extraordinary.

Buyer beware! This is not a trustworthy business. I placed an order Dec 4th. I was told it shipped Dec 9th. It still hasn't shipped as of Dec 19th. Customer service can't be trusted. They have lied continuously regarding shipment. They claim that it has shipped and that I will receive very soon and yet cannot produce tracking. This company is a sham and completely untrustworthy. Stay away!

A total scam. Five months and a dozen emails later, including cancellation requests when I realised my tracked order never moved out of fulfillment, they finally sent a glass full of mud, moldy moss, and dead plants only after siccing my CC on them for fraud.

I received my original product and was very disappointed. The product was far from what I ordered. The Company advised me that they would send me another product…Still waiting!!!

I actually find myself dusting around my Tree of Wisdom religiously... it definitely deserves better than my usual neglect.
