I have spent a lot of money with them because they have some unusual trees. However, I have had several trees die because the root balls were too small to support the size of the tree. When the tree arrives they expect you to tell the driver to wait while you unwrap and inspect the trees - that is not practical.
I do not recommend this company
I made a fairly large order of over €1500. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks in a warehouse somewhere with no apology. The plants were looked after on delivery by our gardener as I was unable to travel to France at the time. One tree was missing and we were reimbursed for that but only when we pointed it out
Some of the plants were in poor condition and died or are not thriving . I have sent pictures and corresponded by email but sadly had very rude and condescending replies blaming the gardener and suggesting poor planting and ignoring the delayed delivery effect when the plants were deprived of light and water so being totally dried out on arrival. Having been a gardener for over 50 years this is the worst customer experience I have had with any nursery or any on line company . I was asked to send more pictures when I arrived at my property in person which I did and have sent numerous emails over the last month chasing up the request for reimbursement with no reply . I am very disappointed as I genuinely wanted to find a reliable on line source of high quality plants in France and did give the company the chance to put things right and I only complained about dying plants ignoring for example the nectarine tree with fungus which I will just treat . I bought half my plants with another cheaper company and so I have a fair comparison …sadly as I establish my garden , I will not use plantes et nature again

Merci pour votre avis. C'est quand même incroyable, vous pensez que nous allons vous livrer deux plantes avec le climat qui existe à l'heure actuelle? Franchement je ne crois que cela soit raisonnable surtout sur des orangers du mexique...Après vérification vos propos sont mensongers. Je viens de visualiser vos photos si vous êtes jardinier vous devriez savoir que sur vos clichés les plantes sont mortes à cause d’une maladie qui s’appelle le phytophthora. Champignon qui se développe au pied de la plante. Encore une fois un jardinier qui plante des orangers du Mexique sous bâche, quelle erreur…le meilleur moyen pour développer un champignon. Il faut arrêter de penser qu’un échec est lié à la livraison et non à la méconnaissance de votre jardinier.

I have twice ordered from this company and twice been reimbursed. The first time at my request as the company failed to meet its own delivery promise (and got narked when I pointed it out) and the second time spontaneously by them, a few days after being civilly asked for an indication of a delivery date. No reason or explanation given. I suspect they do not have what they claim to have in stock - if they did, they would send it. Either that or they just aren't geared up logistically to make deliveries. It's actually a zero for customer service, concerning which there are a string of comments here.
Company's comments: Just not true. To start with my order was placed on 12/6 and secondly I was told that delivery would be made from week 25. Why tell me that, or indeed accept my order, if you weren't going to deliver.

Désolé mais vos demandes d’expédition ne peuvent pas être respectées car comme nous l’indiquons plus d’expéditions à partir du 21 juin donc votre livraison ne pouvait être décalée. Vous auriez dû prendre connaissance des messages existants concernant les délais de livraison.

I do not recommend this Plantes et nature for several reasons: they do not replace or reimbourse for dead plants that are delivered, they do not answer their phone and they do not answer their emails. Mine was a large order. I'm very disappointed.

Merci pour votre commande. Désolé vos propos sont mensongers. Le lot de plantes reçu n’est pas du tout endommagé. Vous parlez de plantes entièrement sèches et mortes. Cela est complètement faux, pourquoi voulez-vous que nous fassions une livraison avec des plantes mortes? En effet sur les plantes grimpantes elles peuvent avoir des feuilles sèches car elles sont cultivées attachées sur un tuteur et quelques feuilles se trouvant à l’intérieur peuvent sécher. On vous a répondu plusieurs fois en vous demandant des photos représentant des visuels significatifs et à ce jour aucun retour de votre part. Nous attendons vos photos pour donner suite à ce dossier.

Merci pour votre commande et votre avis. Vos propos sont mensongers car vous avez accepté un colis et ensuite quelques jours plus tard vous nous informez que la plante est de très mauvaise qualité. Difficile à croire. Si le sujet était pitoyable pourquoi l'avoir accepté? Comme vous le savez le feuillage peut-être abimé pendant le transport surtout en cette saison avec les nouvelles pousses, de plus cela n'a aucune incidence sur la plante car celle-ci va reprendre son cycle normal.

Terribly disappointed and will never order here again. My call to the company to find out where my order was after having received no communication was met with utter rudeness (this was was prior to coronavirus panic fyi). I should have cancelled the order as my young tree arrived in a pitiful state - half the roots broken in two. I doubt it will survive. First and last time to shop here.
EDIT: Thank you plant and natures for replying. Sadly, the call took place before the coronavirus restrictions were announced. I simply asked for information. You gave me a foul attitude, distrust and blame that I hadn't received your alleged emails. And then sent a damaged plant. This is not about the delay, which I completely understand, but your communication and my experience with you. So I wish you good health and safety in this difficult time, but my review stands. Nice try though.

Merci pour votre commande et vos avis. Quel mépris...Quand vous avez appelé désolé mais le gouvernement parlé de confinement et toutes les entreprises commencées à paniquer. C’est vrai qu’une livraison de plantes et bien plus importante que les annonces gouvernementales. De plus votre colis après vérification a été livré avec du retard mais un retard de combien de jours? Quelle catastrophe!!!
