I am certainly satisfied with how my concerns were addressed.

I never knew I was subscribed to this because I don’t even know what products they are selling or what am I getting from here. Money in the amounts between 30-39 BSD have been deducted twice a month from my bank since june. I submitted the case for resolution in the bank and still waiting for the action. This is definitely scamming money out of people.

I had an issue with a charge on my account, and the support team handled it very professionally. They credited the money back to my account and made sure I was fully satisfied. Excellent customer service!
