I ordered three plants
I ordered three plants. While waiting for the warmer shipping date, I had a question that was answered immediately. After the three plants were shipped, somewhere along the shipping route, two boxes were damaged and one plant severely damaged. I communicated with Renzo who promptly took care of the issue and a new plant was sent. All communications were professional and respectful. The plants were beautiful and transplanted well.

Great deal. Shipped so quickly. Customer support answered my question instantly. Received a very large healthy rose plant. They carried stock that was sold out elsewhere & their plants are way bigger for same price. Phenomenal ship packaging. Omg. Honestly the best I’ve seen so far. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier….
The Plants were packaged so carefully that they arrived in perfect condition. The Torchlight Coleus grow to a height that you cannot ignore and are just beautiful - I have had many neighbors comment on their beauty. Five stars are not enough to rate my experience!

WORST EVER!!!!
I ordered several Mtn Snow Pieris several weeks ago. They took my money and said that they were in stock. One week later, I changed the ship date and they said no problem. They didn’t ship at the later date and I was told that they weren’t quite ready yet. No problem until today when I get an email saying that they are no longer in stock. WTF? Where are the ones that I ordered? I understand if plants are out of stock, but when I placed my order, they were listed as in stock. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Will never do business with them again. Now I have to find new ones to buy.
