Always excellent quality, with a lovely choice

Not one but two of the orders I made were lost in the mail at difference times. Carol at Plant World Seeds worked over an extended period of time to help with advice and support. Eventually she replaced both orders. Superior service from beginning to end!

Very quick got what I needed

My seeds arrived in the United States and were confiscated and destroyed because most of them were flagged as "PROPAGATIVE"!!!! (which I thought was the whole idea with planting seeds!)
I think the seed company should know that the varieties of seeds they are selling will not be allowed through customs in other countries and NOT SELL THEM. Therefore, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!

Only after I placed my order did I notice that normal delivery takes place within 7-10 days.This was no good for me as i needed it to be delivered within 3 days.I contacted Carol and explained,and she kindly dispatched it the same day,and it duly arrived within 2 days.
Excellent service

In my excitement ordering my seeds from Plant World I didn’t read about the permits needed in shipping to the United States.
The information is there but not when checking out. You need to go to a separate page for all the shipping details.
I’m not pursuing the permits and the company has been great in sending me a refund. Plant World was very good at communicating with me.

Excellent selection of hard to find species with a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. They carry seeds I can't find anywhere else!
They can also ship to the US but I strongly suggest you register with USDA and file an APHIS form PPQ-587 or US customs will sit on your order for a month before seizing it. Very helpful walk through on Plant World's website!

US CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! They do not have the proper documentation to ship to the US. THE ORDER WILL BE SEIZED BY CUSTOMS. They say you can apply for a permit and offer links - however not a viable option for the home gardener. THEY DO NOT REFUND - BUYER BEWARE!!

My order arrived promptly and also contained a free packet of seeds that I didn’t expect. Great fun!

Such a great company. My little order got “got” in customs bc I didn’t READ Plant World’s excellent instructions and these nice people bent over backwards to help me fill out the forms to get them into the US. The seeds were for a rare plant that’s near-impossible to find here and it’s good for pollinators so I wanted to grow and share here. I would suggest that Plant World make it mandatory that people get the certificate for import. It is an extra step and for the US it was tedious, but it seems like customs is seizing a lot of the orders so it might save everyone a lot of headache (and planting time) to not being able to opt out.

Easy and fast

I had ordered some seeds into a country that is apparently very strict about meconopsis seeds. I didn't receive them but got a message from the border patrol that my package was seized. I hated that, but figured to let plantworld seeds know and without me even asking they refunded me. Either way you put it, plantworld seeds is a very trustworthy company to buy from. You aren't going to lose.

I had to pay extra 24.84 extra because it's out of the EU now. Well, piss off UK!

Outstanding customer service. There were several issues with this order to Australia (none were caused by the seller) Carol assisted me all the way through these issues and went above and beyond to do the right thing by me. Plant World Seeds care about their customers.

Due to my lack of import knowledge, there were major problems importing seeds into the US. Carol with Plant World Seeds went far above and beyond in resolving the problems. To make this experience even better, my order was for some tree seeds that normally take a minimum of two weeks to germinate. After just two weeks from planting, 50% of seeds have already germinated. Amazingly high-quality seeds! Amazingly high-quality customer service!!!

These seeds were easy to order and good value (3 for 2). I ordered 6 and the postage was the same.
We received an email confirming the order, and looked at the link to see how it was going. We didn't get any indication that the order had been sent, other than looking and finding that the status had changed
I ordered these in the UK on the Thursday and they arrived on the Wednesday.
On the seed packets there's instructions on how to grow the plants. I thought this was pretty good.
