Peter advised me and applied for lawful use approval for my loft conversion. He undertook the end to end process. He was supremely knowledgeable about the Lambeth Council requirements and timeframes. Peter organised the plans and gave me complete confidence during the entire process. I would highly recommend him.

In March 2019 we bought a house in Park Hill SW4, which required complete gutting and renovation from earth to sky. Peter Luke managed the entire process, helping us see the potential of the property while it was still on the market, to comprehensive Architectural redesign, Planning approvals, Interior detailed design and finishing touches. He oversaw all aspects of the project, introducing and managing his building teams, plus purchasing on our behalf as we were overseas at the time. What could have been a very stressful experience was made easy under his guiding hands. We now have a perfectly formed home which makes us happy every day. Peter is warm and approachable and open to ideas but is also highly professional and imaginative. He saw big pictures where we saw piles of bricks. He patiently accommodated my constant nagging about more and more and more storage space and came up with ingenious designs to fit storage into every last cranny. We could not recommend Peter more highly - he's an absolute pleasure to work with. We are happy to chat directly to anybody who is considering working with him.

and used their services to secure planning permission and produce necessary paperwork to appoint a builder for a small residential project in SW11. Peter helped guide us smoothly through the complex process, and was very proactive to ensure our application was progressed despite difficulties the planning department had encountered during lockdown. I also found his experience in managing the process invaluable. He was able to offer expert advice throughout the planning stages of our project, point out potential pitfalls and put us in touch with trusted tradesmen.
