Fantastic company to work with. They were extremely responsive, professional and helpful. Being a novice on construction I had many questions throughout the project. They always responded quickly and fully at all stages through the works.

I had seen Plan It on Facebook with lots of great comments regarding them. I saw they were local and thought I would give them a call. They were so professional but made me feel very at ease.
They were clear in explaining everything and were competitive with their costs. Nothing was too much trouble.
Plans were passed without problems.
When we struggled with finding a builder, the guys stepped in with some recommendations. They came with the builder to discuss the project together, very hands on. Best decision we made! Same feel good factor again. Project went so smooth from start to finish.
The guys were hands on all the time, keeping in touch with us and the builder, keeping updated with the build.
We now have the home we wanted and are very grateful to the Plan It team.

Frazer and the team helped us plan our rear extension porch showing us options that we hadn't previously thought of. The team were knowledgeable and experienced and very patient with us whilst we finalised what we wanted to put in for the Bromley planning application.

The initial fee was clearly laid out and really good value compared to others offering similar services. We had a mix of on site and Zoom meetings which worked really well for us.

The team got our plans approved, supported with the building control team appointment and were available for questions and queries during the build phase.

Frazer and team were engaged with our build team and visited site to see the works under way and met us a happy customers midway through the works.

We'd highly recommended the Plan It team to anyone looking to extend!

Absolutely everything about the experience I have had with Plan It has been exceptional.
Having attempted to submit a planning application I realised when it was returned as invalid by the council that professional help was needed. There was a short window for re submitting the amendments and Frazer and Harry arrived promptly got to work and reassured me that they would meet the deadline. They are genuine professionals with the knowledge and expertise to deliver what was needed to the council on time and at a very reasonable price. If I could give more stars I would-many many thanks Plan It.

After having my initial application for planning permission rejected, I thought of either changing my plans or even abandoning the project altogether. Luckily, I turned to Plan it UK for help and advice. Frazer from Plan It UK, very friendly guy, literally saved my project. Calm but persuasive, he explained everything eloquently and competently. Told me the plan of actions we were going to take and surely enough I got my planning permission after couple of months without changing anything in my initial plans. Very happy.
The whole process was smooth, Plan It UK took care of everything, it was pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. I will definitely use no one else, but them again.
