No customer service at all

I bought a pendant that claims to come with a certificate. I got the pendant with a plastic card that says "Certificate" and a broad promise the items they sell are authentic. Any kind of certificate requires specific falsifiable facts, so this card doesn't qualify as a certificate.

I tried to contact Planetys through multiple channels - no response for over a week.

I'm starting to think the pedant is made of cheap materials, because no self-respecting jeweler would call that plastic card a certificate.
