No empathy for people suffering a mental health crisis….
I joined this company last week depositing a good amount- I never received any sign up bonus to begin with which was a let down at the very start.
There was no player protection in regards to appropriate affordability checks or account verification. The only check that was completed was a screen pop up of questions only after a loosing streak and depositing X amount.
I continued to deposit going on a down ward spiral with no human interaction or checks , if this had happened they could have known that I was postpartum and suffering depression and out of character out of control. Upon realizing my stupidity I reach out to the customer care team whom at the start were very cold and blunt I asked for a refund of my deposits from opening this account 4th and 5th of May due to my mental health crisis and that I have a 3 month baby and suffering postpartum depression and done this out of character to be told no and my account closed immediately.
There was no social responsibility checks I.e other sites I have been prompted to send ID and Bank statements then given a small deposit limit ect on this instance this didn’t happen and yes I do share some of the responsibility however at that stage I was not in my correct mind state I contacted IBAS and received this email

I just wanted to leave a review for people like myself and are suffering at a time in life and do go into new sites please bare in mind there is no proper affordability checks nor player protection or identification algorithm in place on here to protect any vulnerable player or players who seem to be at crisis point and are not in control. This site must do better!
