I had a troubling experience with the Planet Spark online platform for kids. After I requested a refund, they told me I needed to withdraw my previous message from Trustpilot for them to process my refund, claiming I would receive my money back by October. Under pressure, I removed my message, but they never sent the refund.

I previously shared my experience on Trustpilot on June 25, 2025, detailing my disappointment with their service. I had reached out about my daughter's education, and they assured me that 1:1 tuition would start in June and last for two months. However, we faced ongoing issues scheduling sessions with a teacher. I paid the first installment of £400 for three months but decided to discontinue the online study due to these challenges and requested a refund, which I still haven’t received.

If you're a working family valuing your hard-earned money, I strongly advise against using this platform. I'm concerned they may threaten me again. If anyone has advice on how to address this situation or report online fraud, please help.

It is a very promising platform not only for language improvement but also holistic development as through its different topics, it inspires creativity, thought structure and grooms our personality and confidence as well.

Need to have a study material for phonics, the platform has technical glitches, the platform is complex to handle for the parents and learners

The platform is good for building confidence and it gives you the chance of earning while working from home according to time that is decided by you. Though it has some negative aspects where the leads have to be contacted where they some times cut the phone abruptly, don't show up even after confirming the class( continuous reminder have to be given in order for the child to attend the class). It's a good experience working with this platform,there is a lot to learn ,though interaction with the counselor is not that good ,they have a very clever attitude,no manners to talk with people ,they think they hold some position which is of higher authority as they are getting the child enroll though they also lie to the parents and often parents are complaining to the teacher with whom the child is enrolled.

Something that company should change that is the acceptance of demo please change the system of the website that before accepting demo we teachers that contact the parent and then accept it due to many cancellations the earning is very low.

Planetspark is a good company for freelancing. It pays better than other companies.

So, overall experience is too good. I am learning so many things here.

I have been working in this platform for almost a year now.The best part to work here is its flexibility,working at my own convenience and also it has given financial independence.

Honest Feedback About PlanetSpark – Please Read Before Taking the Demo
I want to share my personal experience with PlanetSpark so that other parents can make an informed decision before engaging with them.
We took a free demo session for my child. After the demo, we clearly decided not to enroll. We even confirmed this via emails, calls, and WhatsApp, thinking that was the end of it.

But to our shock, the follow-up has been nonstop harassment. daily, I received 10 to 15 calls from different mobile numbers even during late-night hours. Each caller kept asking the same questions, and I kept giving the same clear response: "We are not interested. Please close our file and remove our details." Still, the calls keep coming.

Honestly, it feels like a trap. Once you give your number for a demo, they just won’t let you go. No respect for your decision or privacy. I regret taking the demo—it now feels more like a scam or pressure tactic than a genuine educational service.

Please be very careful before sharing your contact details with PlanetSpark. If you’re unsure or just exploring, think twice—because saying “no” doesn’t seem to mean anything to them.
Just sharing this to help others avoid the same frustrating and stressful experience we are going through.

I don't think my experience is good, as the parents who is taking demo at planet spark the parents should be capable of taking economically.

Joinig planetspark was a great flex of my life as being in a joint family and a mother earning was not so easy but,,,Planet spark is a platform where I can stay at home and earn without any login logout time restrictions,,,Very useful....If you are searching for an opportunity workin from home you should surely go for planet spark

My experience with planetspark is really very good , the whole team is very supportive and listens to the queries also and solve it.

These guys are nothing but scam.
1. The councellors don't know how to talk.
2. The counsellors don't understand basic English. I asked the same question 4 times but he was busy giving his own answers without bothering to understand my question.
3. The councellor lied saying they had 1500 students from Dehradun enrolled in their program. I asked to speak to few of them to get feedback and I never got a call.
4. One of them also has the cheek to say I don't have common sense.

Scammers in the cover of edtech . Most of the positive reviews here are by their teachers . Read the low rated reviews to know who they really are . In my case they scammed me 54000 . Ticket raised no response .
They will call you nonstop till you register , but no toll free number for complaints nor their staff respond .

It's actually good. The child gets more bold to speak. The topics and activities are interesting. Teachers also talk very nicely. I liked it. Overall positive experience
